This is a private farm. I raised AQHA, APHA & TB horses. I have reduced my herd to just a couple of horses and decided to board out a couple of the empty stalls. The stalls are 12X12 with rubber matting. There is one foaling stall that is 12X24. One of the stalls has a turn out area, but most of the time I lead the horses to one of two fields during the day. Both fields have sheds to protect the horses from sun & rain. At night they are in their stalls. The fencing is wood in the turn out area and plastic white fence in the fields. I prefer boarding to mares, but would consider a gelding. I have foaled out many mares in the past and stand a palomino stud. I do not have an indoor or outdoor arena only the fields and they are not flat. I feed eastern or alfalfa, orchard grass, & grain. We are a family run horse boarding facility. We have 12 stalls sitting on 5 acres of farm land. We pride ourselves in taking special care of our horses, and yours!

1 stall open in small private barn in West Linn/Lake Oswego, ideal for retired horse!

This is at a small private barn with only 3 stalls in total. One stall with my horse and another boarder is in the 2nd stall leaving the 3rd stall free.

The facts:
- 12 x14 stall with new mats & nest camera
- Daily group turnout on grass (gelding pasture) FYI: vinyl fencing no electricity
- All year turn out (rain or shine) min 8 hours per day
- Feeding owners grain + supplements twice a day
- Feeding Timothy hay twice a day ( +lunch when there is no more grass)
- We fly mask and fly spray as needed
- We blanket
- Owner on site
- 60x150 arena ( currently not functional but will receive new footing within the next 2 months and will then be fully available for use)
- Bring your own trainer

Full board - $800 per month
(Opportunity for reduced board in exchange for helping with chores)

It's a relatively small property with 5 acres and although we don’t have any dedicated trails, there is the opportunity to use the bottom field for riding, or riding the perimeter.

This is my home and not a commercial boarding facility, which means your horse gets the same love, attention, and individual care as mine but also means there's no bathroom, so you've gotta be a bit sporty.

· Full care board includes: feeding low sugar Teff hay plus your bagged grain and supplements, stall cleaning (bedding supplied), turn out, and access to our fun and exciting equine community here at Tamarind Ranch.

· Covered 72x136 Arena that is well lit, sand footing with irrigation for dust control. The arena is groomed often to maintain proper and healthy footing.

Our full care boarding includes twice daily stall cleaning, quality, tested hay fed three times a day, grain and suppliments fed 1-2x daily, pasture turnout, consistent reinforcement of ground manners, blankets on/off.
Each of our matted stalls include a covered, matted veranda for each horse plus a run in area with well maintained sand footing. Natural fly control through Fly Predators & consistent picking of stalls/manure management, yellow jacket control with consistent monitoring & eradication of any known nests, traps, winter mud control by way of pasture rotation & consistent application of sand/footing as needed. That's right! As close to no mud, no flies, and no yellowjackets as you will see! Professional trainers on site with discounts to our boarders.
