Haven Hills Barn/ Body N Soul, LLC is a private boarding facility where your equine partners will receive the love, care and respect that they deserve and that you desire. It is located just outside of Boulder, CO.

The boarding facility at Haven Hills includes access to full care including: turn in/turn out, feeding of grain and supplements, blanketing (if provided), worming, taking care of fly masks (if provided), holding for the farrier and vet, scheduling fall/spring routine vaccinations.

There are 3 pastures, each approximately 2-3 acres with sheds, available for turn out on grass. These fields can hold a small herd of compatible horses up to 3 or 4 horses. Horses are herd animals and live the best within a group that they feel safe in. Stalls are also available, with daily turn out for grazing.

A heated bathroom for client usage
A hot/cold wash rack for horses
A beautiful arena, and
Access to riding trails, which are also available on the property

We are a small, private facility that specializes in offering excellent quality, individualized full care, boarding, instruction and training. In addition to regular board, we are also happy to offer a limited number of high quality retirement, broodmare/youngstock, lay-up and rehabilitation/post op care & boarding options. We work closely with a fantastic vet that allows us to also offer a limited number of openings for a full range of breeding management services for mares, mares with foals and stallions. Mare services include, but are not limited to, foaling out and newborn foal management, mare breeding cycle management, on site embryo transfers (through our repro specialist vet) Custom breeding options/custom foals and broodmare/recipient mare leases also available on a limited basis. River Song Farm is a 46 acre farm ten minutes north of Boulder, with plenty of pasture. The barn has six stalls that open into extra long runs, an outdoor arena and round pen. We have a few openings available for mellow owners and polite horses — no drama please! We're a small, informal barn with one family horse and boarding for about six.

We provide experienced custom horse care, premium certified weed-free hay, 12 x 12 stalls and loafing sheds with individual runs and pastures with daily turnout year-round (weather permitting). Outdoor large dressage arena (20m x 60m) with shredded rubber crumb footing, a few jumps, two-mile maintained trail around our beautiful 80-acre farm, and close to several Boulder County and City of Boulder open space trails. We are a semi-coop barn community (work down part board by doing an hour or two of barn chores a week). Board includes two flakes of our own beautiful Starlight Farm certified weed-free hay morning and evening, and we'll feed whatever else you'd like your horse to have. Nightly "bed checks," free trailer parking, lots more.

Please note: we are not a retirement facility, for either people or horses. And: both people and horses need to be fully vaccinated :)

Horse Stables

We offer barn stalls 10/12 or 12/12. Currently, 3 are occupied, but both 12/12's are available. We provide hay twice daily, grains, and supplements (owner provided). Turn out a minimum of 3 times a week. Blanketing jncluded (provided by owner) . I use shavings as well and muck the stalls twice daily. We have a riding arena for you to ride and also 35 acres of riding available along the Little Thompson River. I feed twice a day and do have alfalfa for purchase. I am installing Starlink and working on my app so you can check on your horse at all times. We do have a shared tack room, bathroom facilities as well. Tomora Training Center is a wonderful boarding and training facility conveniently located off of highway 34 bypass in Northern Colorado. Minutes away from UNC and CSU. We offer both full care horse boarding. Family owned and operated daily with a strict no drama policy.
