We can handle all your vet & farrier requirements from scheduling and handling for a nominal fee. We offer a list of additional choices that can be added to create your perfect your care package from bathing, to clipping to additional feeds. It is all available at your request. We have over 40 years in horse care and management and welcome all disciplines of riding.

Going on vacation and need to board so you can enjoy your trip, they're safe with us. Traveling with your horse and need a layover spot, please check us out. Horse have an injury that needs more care than you can do, bring them to us and we'll treat them like their our own.
Layovers $25.00 a night (your feed). Trailer hookups $15.00 night. No septic available.

Barton Stables, LLC is owned and operated by Danita & Joe Barton. We are a full care horse boarding facility located in Keller, TX . Owners live on the premises. Our barn has four 12x12 stalls with horses turned out at all times in fair weather (pasture turnout in afternoons and all day on weekends). The arena is approx. half-acre open sand with pipe fencing. Horses are fed twice a day (owner provides grain). We schedule vets to come out in the Spring and Fall to vaccinate. Farrier is scheduled every six weeks to shoe and trim. Small, Private Barn has limited space to board horses in a peaceful setting. Fort Worth and surrounding areas in Southern Tarrant and Johnson County.

Every horse has an assigned stall.

All day turn out for every horse unless under Veterinary order for stall rest.

Individual turn out or Group turn out choreographed by Stable Owner according to personalities. Dry lot and Pasture rotation.

Locked security gate provides limited access to the property. Owner lives on property to assure safety.

Your trailer parking is free, one trailer per boarder.

Full care $450.00/mo.

Feed (12% Protein/5%Fat) and Alfalfa flakes provided twice daily. Free choice Coastal Hay (square bales) is available all day. We follow Dr. Getty's recommendations on forage for optimum health.

We use Fly Predators!

We are 5 minutes from James Booth Cow Horses. There is quick access to I-20, HWY 1187 and I-35W. Easily serving Kennedale, Arlington, Mansfield, Ft. Worth, Burleson, Pantego.

We are too far south to serve Keller, Bedford, Watugua or North Tarrant County due to the freeway systems and traffic.

There are three (3) excellent veterinary providers within minutes of our barn.

Reliable, local Farrier.

Boarders are welcome to use any provider with whom they already contract. We do not restrict these relationships.

Horses without proof of current negative Coggins will not be admitted to the property.

We cannot accommodate Stallions, Pregnant Mares, Yearlings or Untrained horses. We handle the horses daily in group settings, they must be civilized to be here.
