Small, privately owned facility. Pasture boarding with run-in shelter or barn. Covered arena, round pen, private tack room, wash rack, and areas to ride. In winter, I provide free choice grass hay and will feed whatever grain the owner provides. Manure cleaning twice daily. I (owner) live onsite and work from home so horses have constant supervision. Boarding is $350/month but I am willing to do some trade - chores for reduced boarding. I do have barn stalls that can be used but I do not provide stall boarding at this time. I believe horses thrive best in natural surroundings with open space and I strive to provide a horse-centric boarding experience. The covered arena is great for horse lessons. Beautiful Farm offering full care boarding that includes feeding, turnout, and exercise if needed. The farm has a fully enclosed and insulated 85X60 indoor arena and a large outdoor arena with lights and good footing. There is a walker on the facility as well. The stalls are equipped with a fly system, rubber mats, hay feeders, and corner feeders. Limited Turnout is available.
