We are a full service equine boarding facility located in Cedar Hill, TN. Bacon Family Farms offers 104 acres, extensive trails of all levels, multiple daily turn out options ranging from 80x80ft all the way to 30 and 40 acre pastures. We are a full care facility with riders of all disciplines and offer full care pasture or stall board options. Our brand new indoor will be complete by fall 2019 and is 70ftx140ft, our outdoor arena is 130ftx200ft. We have two barns that are 18 stalls each with priefert premier stalls, state of the art stall flooring, ventilation, and insulated roofing. We live on site, and I have been a vet tech of 10 years with an extensive background in equine. We work with multiple nutritionists, provide top quality forage year round, and develop dietary and medical treatment plans for our boarders free of charge We love and care for all kinds, but we specialize in those who need a little extra.

Our philosophy. Hope and Joy Farms is a full service farm dedicated to the horse and rider. The farm was born when our family decided to live closer to God’s creations. We believe each day is a gift and we promise to care for your horses as if they were our own. Our staff is trained in equine first aid and our loving care for your horses will be unmatched. We believe the horse and its relationship with the rider is unique and worth developing. So if you are having trouble trailering your horse, or just want him better prepared for a trail ride, we offer our help. With patience and proper training, the horse and rider can learn from each other.

Our farm. Hope and Joy Farms is nestled in the rolling hills of middle Tennessee. This twenty-eight acre pastoral setting is a fully functional farm and holds opportunity for both retreat and adventure. With wooded trails and pasture riding available, it is a destination for horse and owner alike to enjoy the scenic landscape. A two acre multi-use pond with a gazebo and fire pit create a place to gather after a day of riding.

Located between Nashville and Chattanooga, Hope and Joy Farms offers a country escape. Situated just outside the small town of Woodbury, it is convenient yet removed from city life. Nearby you will find the Drive-in Movie Theater, Center Hill Lake, and Short Mountain, a favorite trail riding destination for local horse lovers with over 400 acres for exploration and fun.

Cross Bridges Stable is a 23 Stall barn located on 16 acres, specializing in full care stall board in Maury County, Tennessee. The barn features a 280x160 riding arena with a large covered patio overlooking it, and a large grass field to ride in. Group and individual turnout is available and features 4 board wood fencing, weather permitting. Stalls are approximately 11x11 and cleaned 2-3x per day. Grain is fed 2x per day and hay is fed 2-3x depending on the needs of the horse.
