Small private family farm just looking to share a few stalls and our pasture with a few people. 9 1/2 x 13 1/2 matted stalls. Full or partial board. Nothing fancy.. Just an old farm where we love our animals. Our girls show at 4h and just enjoy their horses. We have goats, sheep, cats and dogs... We also do birthday parties, field trips and etc.. Karlan farms is a family owned and operated equestrian facility that offers premium horse boarding in a quiet country setting located just minutes from Grove City and downtown Columbus. We are a 35 acre stable located 14 miles south of Columbus, Ohio. We provide full board with 12'x12' and 10'x10' matted, oak stalls and unlimited turnout in 12 paddocks with Ritchie heated water system. Full board includes use of our 100' x 200' outdoor arena, round pen, 60' x 200' insulated indoor arena with heated viewing area, indoor wash rack, and heated, indoor rest room. LRC Farm is one of central Ohio's newest premier boarding facilities. We are a small very quiet private boarding facility which offers excellent individualized care. We are located on 23 acres in southern Delaware county. We are within 5-10 minutes from Delaware, Marysville, Dublin, and Powell and 15-25 minutes from Westerville, Worthington and Columbus. All our stalls are 12x12 and are matted with high velocity fans and most have paddocks attached. Stalls are cleaned 365 days a year and are bedded daily with pine shavings, There are 4 grooming areas and a heated wash rack. All boarders have access to tack lockers. We have a 110x210 lighted all weather outdoor ring and a 80x160 indoor sand ring. Both rings are maintained daily and we have a full set of jumps which can be set up in either ring. Self insured trainers are welcome to bring their clients. There are trails which run along the back of the property. We are 15 minutes from Glacier Ridge Metro Park and 25-30 minutes from Prarie Oaks Metro Park. We turn out all day in the fall, winter, and spring and all night in the summer.
