Hello, and thank you for looking into Merrimac Farm! We are a private boarding facility nestled in the woods of Suwanee, GA. Our ten stall facility is rested on 10 beautiful acres, which is broken up into 7 spacious, green pastures. Along with that, we also have a 180' x 150' arena that is completely redone and with new footing. We provide a full jump course along with dressage letters. A round pen is also provided.

Our facility has first class care. Horses get fed with premium hay and grain, two times a day, along with round bales for the fall and winter months for outside. Supplements given upon request. Stalls are cleaned upwards to 4 times a day and well bedded. Water troughs and water buckets are thoroughly cleaned and scrubbed everyday. Blanketing is also included to owners specifications. Owners live on property so there is always someone watching.

Our air conditioned and heated tack room includes private lockers for each boarder, along with an updated restroom. Whole barn is well lighted along with ceiling fans in every stall for the hotter days. Fly spray system is also installed in the facility. Two wash racks are provided. Barn, stalls, and wash racks are kept immaculate. Mats are in all stalls.

Very quiet and peaceful atmosphere, along with a great location in the community. Hunter/Jumper and Dressage training is available, along with training for your horse if needed. We go to local and rated shows all year long, with all of our students placing high in the ribbons every time.

We offer customized boarding to fit individual needs. Our pastures are fenced and crossed fenced with hot fence and wood board fencing. Hay is supplied during winter months and Fly Predator during summer months. Horses are checked daily and water is provided year around - heated tubs in winter - as well as loose salt. We offer vet clinics at least twice per year on site. Stalls are 10x12 with hay feeder and bucket hooks. Quarantine Lot, Separate Paddocks also available for temporary use as needed.

We have a large arena, barrels, poles, round pen, on-site trails, and rest room for your use and convenience. Each boarder is given a tack room area and trailers may be parked on site. We are only a few short minutes to the Chickamauga Battlefield and VW Equestrian trails. We limit the number of horses on 55 acres, 45 of which are pasture for the horses.

There are a total of twelve acres divided into two pastures and one paddock. Both pastures have access to a large pond. Large pasture has a run-in shelter, smaller pasture has access to stalls with tack rooms. Pasture board only or pasture board with stall available. All 3-board white fencing - no wires. All boarders have access to our lighted training corral and riding trails, and clubhouse. Our pastures are over seeded with winter rye. Triple D Ranch is a private, family-owned farm on 70 acres in NW Cobb. Our ranch consists of an eight stall barn with 12x12 stalls, 25 acres of pastures, a paddock, a lighted arena, a round pen, and 40 additional acres with wooded trails. We have both full ($620) and pasture ($440) board. Our horses like to be outside eating our nice Bermuda and fescue grass. There are no horses left in the barn full-time. Full boarders will be put in stalls in the barn for feeding time, during inclement weather, and as needed for their health. We are a co-op facility where clients can reduce board by sharing in the feeding schedule for all full boarders. The owner lives on the premises.
