I have a 256 acre Horse farm in Dallas Georgia 30132. I have 3 Lakes that my Grandfather built in the 1950"s and 1960's because my Grandmother loved to fish. The biggest lake is 11 acres and the next is 8 acres and the last is 7 acres. These are available for fishing for a small fee. I also have a beautiful winding creek that runs through the property and all of these are the natural water sources for the horses. I have 3 round pens for ground work and a tack room. I have a 10,000 sq ft hay barn and a hospital stall if needed. I feed excellent quality hay that I raise on the farm from November through March. I have 7 pastures ranging from 11 acres to as large as 20 acres. Each Pasture has access to its own water source being either lake or creek. I have 12 acres of trails on the front of the Property and 63 acres of Trails on the back of the property. Also the property has lots of dirt roads less than a half a mile from the property that are also available for riding on through the woods. It is a very beautiful and peaceful laid back place to come and board if you are interested in boarding your horse at a place with Trails for riding. There is no barn drama here and most of my boarders have been with me for 8 to 10 years so it is an awesome and friendly atmosphere. The board fee is $150.00 per month per head for 7 months out of the year. In the winter months it goes to $250.00 per head to cover the hay that I put out in hay rings for the horses. Royal Crest Stable is a stable with a laid back atmosphere that allows for you to spend time with your horse without the stress and pressure of a show barn.

Though we are laid back, we focus on proper care and horsemanship above anything else. The goal of this stable is for you to have fun while building a relationship with your horse, which will ultimately further your riding skills.
We specialize in dressage and hunter jumper, but any discipline is welcome. We do welcome clients that want to bring their own trainers. For trainers, there is a charge of a $10 ring fee per person, per lesson.

Full board is $550 a month. This price includes morning hay and grain (Orchard/Fescue mix hay and Seminole Senior feed), lunch hay, and evening hay and grain with supplements if your horse requires. This price also includes turnout daily, and stalls cleaned twice daily, worming (with charge of wormer), and I also weigh all the the horses with weight tape on the first of every month. In the winter, horses will be blanketed as necessary, and a night check is conducted at around 9:00pm nightly.

The stable includes a bathroom, a large ring, arena lights, spacious tack room, a fridge and microwave, a gravel turn around for horse trailers, large wash rack, and a tested fire alarm system with the fire department right around the corner. The stalls are a comfortable 12x12 and matted. Feed and water buckets provided.

We do allow three cribbing horses at a time since the stable allows for me to be able to put them separate from non-cribbers. They must wear a cribbing collar.

Triple D Ranch is a private, family-owned farm on 70 acres in NW Cobb. Our ranch consists of an eight stall barn with 12x12 stalls, 25 acres of pastures, a paddock, a lighted arena, a round pen, and 40 additional acres with wooded trails. We have both full ($620) and pasture ($440) board. Our horses like to be outside eating our nice Bermuda and fescue grass. There are no horses left in the barn full-time.
