Horse Boarding in Gainesville, Georgia (Hall County)

GB’s Stable is located in Smyrna on 100 acres with a newly finished state of the art equestrian center that includes 44 stalls (with automatic waterers and mats), two in-door hot/cold wash racks, a lounge, and individual tack rooms. The barn was built for the horses (plenty of natural light, great circulation, and lots of space). The property has over ten paddocks, summer and winter grazing pastures, as well as a riding arena (with jumps) and lunging pen. There are over two miles of riding trails, trailer parking, and a twenty five acre lake. Fencing is chain link, field, electric, or a combination of the three. Horses get to go out daily from 8:30am until evening feeding with night turnout available in the warmer months. The owners live on site and the caretaker and staff have the highest standard of care and professionalism available.

Partial board, which includes stall rental, shavings, and use of the facilities, is available, as is, full board, which includes everything from partial board, as well as daily turn out, stall cleaning, twice daily feeding, and the purchase of your choice of a variety of different feeds and hay. Some like the flexibility of partial/full board in that they choose what services they need and when they need it (i.e. only morning care or full care when they are on vacation, etc…). The package you want is the package that you can have.

There are two veterinary offices and several farriers that take care of the horses and are on call whenever needed. All horses are required to be current on coggins, worming, and shots. GB’s has a great group of people; with very low turnover. The group is about 50/50 English/Western. Some boarders show, but for the most part the boarders are pleasure riders. In the warmer months there are weekly bbqs and periodically weekend camping/trail riding excursions. Cheatham Hill Park and Boundary Waters Park are both a short drive from GB’s and offer miles of riding trails. Trainers are on site, but it is permissible for you to bring your own.

Mountain Breeze Stables has been operating since 2003. We are located 6 miles west of Marietta Square in West Cobb near the intersection of Barrett Parkway (East-West Connector) and Dallas Highway (120). 4 miles from Kennesaw Mountain with 16 miles of trails.

We have 12 acres with a large pasture and two separate paddocks. Individual turnout is not available. Newly graded for drainage issues. All fences are new RAMM Flex Fence. All areas of the property are fenced in with a Ghost automatic gate for security. We have 12x12 stalls with Stall Saver mats installed in 2020. The stalls are kept full of shavings. We have an indoor wash rack with hot and cold water, a large round pen, and a lit riding arena with a new covered viewing deck. The barn has a heated and air-conditioned tack room with a bathroom.

We provide feed to maintain the proper weight of your horse. We currently have Triple Crown Senior Gold, Triple Crown Low Starch, Seminole Wellness Senior, Triple Crown rice bran, Seminole Equalizer, alfalfa pellets, timothy pellets, wheat bran, and beet pulp shreds. We provide Simplifly Feed-Thru Fly Control. We will add the supplements that you provide.

Full-time barn manager lives on-site. Outside trainers are welcome.

We only offer full board, $850/month. We do not offer pasture or partial board. We do not need any additional help at this time.

Spring Lake Farms, is located in historic Covington, Georgia east of Atlanta off Interstate 20 and includes 60 ft board round pen, 100 x 200 riding ring, hot and cold wash rack, tack room and bathroom, safe 2 x 4 horse wire fencing, trailer parking and 21 acres of pasture all for the price of $300 monthly for full board. Our stalls are 11 ft X 13 ft, matted with fans in the hot summertime. We will blanket your horse in the winter if needed. If your horse needs special supplements or smark- paks that is fine too.

We feed alfalfa orchard grass hay from Kentucky and Southern States 10% pellet grain twice daily. The horses are turned out every day weather permitting. We can accommodate as few as 2 horses in one pasture together. We live on the premises and are retired. We have trailer rental so our customers do not have to purchase one of their own. We also have RV hookup for over-nighters.

We are located near many wonderful trail riding facilities such as, International Horse Park in Conyers, Charlie Elliott Game Ranch and trails and Hard Labor Creek State Park. Triple D Ranch is a private, family-owned farm on 70 acres in NW Cobb. Our ranch consists of an eight stall barn with 12x12 stalls, 25 acres of pastures, a paddock, a lighted arena, a round pen, and 40 additional acres with wooded trails. We have both full ($620) and pasture ($440) board. Our horses like to be outside eating our nice Bermuda and fescue grass. There are no horses left in the barn full-time. Full boarders will be put in stalls in the barn for feeding time, during inclement weather, and as needed for their health.
