We are a privately owned farm with two horse stalls on the property. We have one stall available. We are a full care facility which includes daily feeding, daily stall cleaning, daily turnout, blanketing and more. We have access to miles of trails and there is riding allowed on the premise with talking to owner. There are two pastures on the premise as well. We are a 2 miles north of Bridle Trails. About Us: We are an all-breed, multi-discipline boarding facility located 5 minutes south of Snohomish, Washington. Horses at Grateful Pine Farm enjoy all-day turnout on our sunny 17 acre spread with views of the Cascades and Mt Baker, premium customized nutrition, and attentive horse-centric care by our highly qualified staff. We have many options for riding and training including indoor and outdoor arenas, lighted round pen, private trails/bridle path, and a Mark Bolender designed mountain trail horse park.

Location: Grateful Pine Farm is located just a few minutes down the road from the equestrian entrance to Lord Hill Park, a 1,463 acre nature preserve with miles of riding trails. It’s also within 5-7 minutes of Pilchuck Animal Hospital in case of emergency. We are easy to access from 522, highway 9, or SR2 and less than 20 minutes from Woodinville and Everett.

Convenient location in Maltby, near Woodinville. Small, peaceful boarding barn with all day turnout and covered arena. Quality hay weighed for each horse and fed 3x/daily.

Self and Full Care Boarding available. Horses are turned out 7 days a week, fed twice daily (Timothy and/or Alfalfa). We have an indoor and outdoor arenas and are directly on the Tolt Pipeline trail system.

We have a Bed and Breakfast on our property and also simply have a turn out pasture that is about 3 acres. We do not have a barn with stables. We do not have feed. We do however have a place to park trailers and have power available for trailers with living quarters. Overlake Farm offers horse boarding & summer kid's camp. In Bellevue, Washington the farm is located on Bridle Trails Equestrian park with nearly 500 acres of trails, 4 riding arenas/show rings, grand-stands and much more. Overlake farm amenities include a quarter mile exercise track, 60x100 outdoor arena, 40x40 covered round pen, and an outdoor sand round pen. We offer a relaxed, laid-back atmosphere at reasonable rates within minutes of Seattle and Bellevue. No requirements to have your horse in training, no extra turn-out fees, no required grain or supplements; just happy horses.

There are two different boarding options available: 1)pasture boarding or 2)full care. In full care horses are in stalls at night and turned-out all day, every day. Horses are rotated every few days between pastures, paddocks and large turnout areas. We feed 2 times a day and will feed your grain if you provide it and pre-mix it.
