We are a family-friendly full service boarding and training facility focusing on building solid foundations for the horse and rider, starting with the relationship between horse and rider. The best relationships are those built on mutual trust rather than dominance and submission. This is especially true when it comes to horse and rider relationships. CMR Owner and Trainer, Christina Denham draws on a foundation in Hunters, Jumpers and Equitation combined with Natural Horsemanship principles to create customized training programs for each individual horse in training. Waters Edge Farm is a beautiful, 15+ acre facility conveniently located right off highway 73 between Huntersville and Concord. We have 2 outdoor arenas with all weather footing, an indoor arena, and a full course of show jumps. Each of the 25 stalls is matted for the horses comfort and ease of cleaning. Boarders enjoy their own private tack room, grooming stalls, and wash rack with hot/cold water. We have 11 grass paddocks and pastures and each horse has a customized feeding plan to ensure they maintain proper body condition. This structure houses 6 spacious stalls, each have their own window, light and sliding door; a large tack room with 6 private lockers; a secured feed room and a cold/hot water wash rack.
