Cornerstone Horse Farm is a retirement boarding barn specializing in senior horse care. The 30 acre facility has a 4 stall barn that is currently under construction (June 2018), several run in shelters, and a rotational grazing pasture system. Pasture board is available now and stall board will be available once the barn is complete. Both boarding options are full service packages. For pasture board this includes a ProElite grain ration, orchardgrass hay when grazing is limited, a deworming program and regular barefoot hoof trims. Supplements, medications, flymasks and blanketing services are included if provided by owner. Stall board will include all of the pasture board services with access to a stall for feeding, inclement weather, or a 12/12 turnout schedule. Each stall has a dutch door with an individual run to encourage more movement even when confined. ProElite grain rations can be either Senior, Diet Balancer, or Starch Wise depending on the calorie needs of each horse, and hay pellets are available as an add on for horses with dental problems. The farm is a quiet relaxed atmosphere where the horses graze or lounge in the shelters at their choice. Herds are small, typically 3-6 horses, with a maximum of 6 boarders at one time to ensure individualized attention. There are no lessons, showing, training, or breeding operations to distract from the care of the horses or to disturb them in their daily routine. RoseCroft Equestrian Center is a 22 acre, all adult, gated equestrian facility in Concord, NC. Located near the Cabarrus Events Arena with easy access from Hwy 49 & Hwy 73.

We offer 12' x 12' matted stalls . Stalls cleaned daily. High quality grain options available to suit each horse's needs. Fescue/Orchard mix hay fed in stalls and pastures. Alfalfa is available at an additional charge.
Barn has an automatic fly spray system, coded entry tack room with large individual tack lockers, restroom, laundry room and matted indoor and outdoor wash stalls with hot/cold water, fans and heaters. Property is gated and has 10 large, well maintained pastures with a maximum of 2 horses per pasture. Several private pastures and two dry lots are also available. We do night turn-out year round so horses get about 18 hours of turnout per day (weather depending).

Riding facilities include:
60' lunging area
Hacking trail with several cross country jumps
75’ x 150’ covered dressage arena
125' x 225' jumping arena
Both arenas have a custom blend of sand and TruTex Arena Fibers for fantastic, all-weather footing, lights and irrigation.
Arenas are drug regularly.

Owners are knowledgeable and experienced, live on site and are responsible for the care of each horse. Focus is put on the health, happiness and safety of each horse.

Currently only offering Partial or Full Training Board. Board includes stall, personal tack locker, grain and hay twice daily, putting on and removing turn-out gear, holding for routine farrier/vet visits, trailer parking, feeding owner supplied supplements and full access to the facility.
Partial Training includes 8 lessons/training rides per month.
Full Training included 16 lessons/training rides per month.
Laundry service available for an additional fee.

Quiet, peaceful setting. All adult boarders. Max of 13 horses boarded on property.
