Equestrian Arts Institute is a full-service boarding, training and lesson facility. We specialize in eventing and dressage. We give lessons ages 6+, beginners through advanced riders. We are one of the only eventing facilities in our area that offer staff horses for lessons. We have two eventing teams that compete throughout NC and VA. In 2009 we started a drill team that performed at several different venues.

Our facility boost 30 stalls (10-12x13 Main Barn, 10 standing stalls, and 10 pony stalls), along with 2 hot/cold wash stalls, farriers station and vet station.

Welcome to Sycamore Grove! Our 18 acre private farm offers limited boarding for geldings. We host your horse in large, safely fenced pastures with hurricane proof run in sheds. The barn boasts a feed room and tack room, with an outdoor wash rack. This peaceful farm does not offer a lesson program; however you are free to bring your preferred trainer in for lessons with no additional charge (must have proof of insurance). Your horse will enjoy lush pasture, hay, access to salt blocks, fresh water, and premium grain twice daily. Owner lives and works onsite! We gladly blanket to owners specifications. We are a private farm offering boarding and training - located minutes from downtown Southern Pines. Horses are provided with 12x12 stalls with pine shavings and individual turnout. A small number of horses on our property allows us to offer customized care. Lessons are available for riders and horses of all ability levels. Cornerstone Horse Farm is a retirement boarding barn specializing in senior horse care. The 30 acre facility has a 4 stall barn that is currently under construction (June 2018), several run in shelters, and a rotational grazing pasture system. Pasture board is available now and stall board will be available once the barn is complete. Both boarding options are full service packages. For pasture board this includes a ProElite grain ration, orchardgrass hay when grazing is limited, a deworming program and regular barefoot hoof trims. Supplements, medications, flymasks and blanketing services are included if provided by owner. Stall board will include all of the pasture board services with access to a stall for feeding, inclement weather, or a 12/12 turnout schedule. Each stall has a dutch door with an individual run to encourage more movement even when confined. ProElite grain rations can be either Senior, Diet Balancer, or Starch Wise depending on the calorie needs of each horse, and hay pellets are available as an add on for horses with dental problems. The farm is a quiet relaxed atmosphere where the horses graze or lounge in the shelters at their choice. Herds are small, typically 3-6 horses, with a maximum of 6 boarders at one time to ensure individualized attention.
