Waters Edge Farm is a beautiful, 15+ acre facility conveniently located right off highway 73 between Huntersville and Concord. We have 2 outdoor arenas with all weather footing, an indoor arena, and a full course of show jumps. Each of the 25 stalls is matted for the horses comfort and ease of cleaning. Boarders enjoy their own private tack room, grooming stalls, and wash rack with hot/cold water. We have 11 grass paddocks and pastures and each horse has a customized feeding plan to ensure they maintain proper body condition. At Winding Creek Equestrian, we are a full service boarding and training facility. We offer riding lessons in hunter/ jumper and western lessons as well. We also offer full training from colt starting through problems horses may develop over time. Winding Creek Equestrian is a full board barn. We offer a 12 x 12 stalls with rubber mats in every stall. Concrete floors through out the barn. We have an indoor wash rack with hot and cold water as well as automatic waters in each stall. The barn is also heated in the winter and cooled in the summer. Woodberry is located in Pinnacle NC, near the Sauratown Mountain. We specialize in Warmblood Sporthorses and have a particular interest in Warmbloods of Color as well as the Spanish Norman breed.

Our goal is to produce talented, yet safe and sane Warmblood Sporthorses for youth riders and adult riders that want a competitive horse without the hot temperment.

We offer everything from beginner riding lessons, to training, boarding and sales. We have a strong tendency towards Hunters, Jumpers, Eventing, Combined Training and Dressage. However, we also teach Western riding, trail riding basics and horsemanship skills to those who just want to learn to ride.
Woodberry Warmbloods is a small family run facility tucked away in the outskirts of Sauratown Mountain. We have breathtaking views, rolling pastures and a wealth of privacy. When you come to us, you will get the knowledge and experience of the larger facilities, tightly wrapped up in a warm and friendly small farm feel.

We have an 80 x 75 riding arena that is perfect for schooling and learning in. A small, but homey barn that keeps our horses happy and 24 hour security with owners on site.

Separate boarder pastures with separate and private access featuring a "boarder only" round pen. A strict 1 horse per acre rule and small pastures 2-3 acres each to ensure only a few horses are together in each pasture, reduces feeding and safety issues for horse and owner.

Gabel Acres provides all inclusive, quality, practical, and individualized care for you and your equine partner. On site proprietor has over 40 years of teaching, training and boarding experience. You will not worry how your horse is doing in your absence! They will be taken care of as if they were owned by the proprietor. Only a few people will oversee the daily care and handling of the horses so consistency of that care will be maintained.

Gabel Acres offers 12’x12’well ventilated, deeply bedded, clean stalls. Each stall has a fan in the summer, two water buckets that get filled daily and dumped if needed. Buckets are disinfected on a weekly basis. Proper feed requirements for each horse will be met. Hay will be plentiful, and regular worming is included. Any provided supplements will be fed properly to your horse only. No hidden fees for extras.

All horses will have safe turn out options. Mares and geldings are kept separated. Gabel Acre is also a breeding farm of warmblood horses so there are horses all ages. They all will be kept and handled in an age appropriate environment.

Gabel Acres has a 115' x 250' outdoor arena that drains very well and has a watering system and lights. We also have a full-sized covered dressage arena with mirrors. The covered arena features high quality footing and mirrors across the short side and a section of mirrors in the center of the long side.

Full time onsite dressage and jumper trainers, other trainers are welcome, and we incorporate clinics with outside trainers on a regular basis as well. Full time dressage/young horse training available with Guardian Dressage.

We are easily accessible: we are 1/4 mile off Hwy 73; less than 3 miles from exit 25 off I-77; and 10 miles from I-85 at Concord.

RoseCroft Equestrian Center is a 22 acre, all adult, gated equestrian facility in Concord, NC. Located near the Cabarrus Events Arena with easy access from Hwy 49 & Hwy 73.

We offer 12' x 12' matted stalls . Stalls cleaned daily. High quality grain options available to suit each horse's needs. Fescue/Orchard mix hay fed in stalls and pastures. Alfalfa is available at an additional charge.
Barn has an automatic fly spray system, coded entry tack room with large individual tack lockers, restroom, laundry room and matted indoor and outdoor wash stalls with hot/cold water, fans and heaters. Property is gated and has 10 large, well maintained pastures with a maximum of 2 horses per pasture. Several private pastures and two dry lots are also available. We do night turn-out year round so horses get about 18 hours of turnout per day (weather depending).

Riding facilities include:
60' lunging area
Hacking trail with several cross country jumps
75’ x 150’ covered dressage arena
125' x 225' jumping arena
Both arenas have a custom blend of sand and TruTex Arena Fibers for fantastic, all-weather footing, lights and irrigation.
Arenas are drug regularly.

Owners are knowledgeable and experienced, live on site and are responsible for the care of each horse. Focus is put on the health, happiness and safety of each horse.

Currently only offering Partial or Full Training Board. Board includes stall, personal tack locker, grain and hay twice daily, putting on and removing turn-out gear, holding for routine farrier/vet visits, trailer parking, feeding owner supplied supplements and full access to the facility.
Partial Training includes 8 lessons/training rides per month.
Full Training included 16 lessons/training rides per month.
Laundry service available for an additional fee.
