We are a full service drama free dressage facility with a full sized lit covered arena with mirrors, 5' kickwall, and brand new FSGeotex footing maintained daily (never dusty, groomed), 12x12 rubber matted stalls, hot and cold washrack, laundry facilities, individual turnout on grass paddocks, and customized feeding. I have two pastures and a barn with two stalls and space for your supplies. Total fenced area is almost two acres. I will rent this for $300 per month, per horse. Water is onsite and all care and feeding will be the responsibility of the horse owner.
