High and dry, Brand new horse facility in Orlando located within 1-mile from Toll Road 417 - Curry Ford Road exit. Each of the ten 12X12 stalls are equipped with a closable back window, rubber mats, automatic waters, stall light, show light, fans and grain & hay wall feeders. The facility also offers a security gate entrance, 70ft round pen, riding arena, wash racks, air-conditioned tack room, clay arena, asphalt paving for parking and 3-large turn out pastures. A separate clubhouse with a full bathroom, kitchen and laundry room has recently been renovated.

Board includes am & pm feedings of Purina feed and T&A hay, DAC digestive enzymes, de-worming, sand clear, shavings, blanketing, turn out and vet & farrier attendance.

Barn manger, instructor and trainer Jennifer Prestin lives on premises. She offers lessons and trains in all disciples, such as jumper, equitation, showmanship, horsemanship, HUS and western pleasure. . . . Owner/Operator with 40 plus years equestrian experience: worth its weight in gold to have someone who can spot dehydration, the early signs of colic, and other major issues that if left too long can result in not only high dollar vet care but also the possible loss of your horse.

HIGH AND DRY PROPERTY - HURRICANE RATED BARN. After Hurricane Ian, Debby, and Milton we had minimal pasture flooding - approximately 70 percent dry pastures! ...barn remains dry and comfortable. We do offer hurricane/storm board when stalls are available.


We are located East off I75 (Clark Road Exit), SARASOTA. Exactly 15 minutes from the interstate. A hurricane rated barn, and whole house generator means you won't have to evacuate your horse. We specialize in taking the worry about your horse/s off your mind. We strive to keep them comfortable with fresh stalls, and water refreshed to encourage hydration. We care for yours like ours, not a cliche' 3 or less horses turned out together (if compatible, and after quarantine period). Onsite professional supervision (this is our job, we aren't leaving to go to a 9-5).
