Our private horse boarding facility is located in beautiful Sarasota, Florida (off Clark Road, east of I-75). We offer two inclusive boarding options - a small, boutique barn (up to 4 horses) and a larger, more traditional barn (up to 16 horses).

Magic Meadows is a small, private barn located in an equestrian neighborhood in Sarasota. We offer full board which includes: high-quality hay, feed, shavings, daily fly spray application, worming, Simplifly supplement, individual or group turnout (24x7 if desired), holding for vet/farrier, and individualized attentive care. We have a large grass riding arena, 25 miles of beautiful nature trails, and irrigated grazing pastures to keep the grass growing year-round. Located within the Lakewood Ranch at the entrance to the popular Sarasota Polo Club, which is truly a unique community setting with over 100 miles of trails. We are offering full care boarding in the Bradenton / Lakewood Ranch Area. Our facility is equipped with: 4 Heated and Cooled wash racks, 3 cross-ties, concrete isle ways, washers and dryers , a lit and irrigated arena, a 60 foot round pen, both 12x14 and 12x24 foot quality stalls with automatic waters and fly sprays and individual stall fans and lights , a ventilation system throughout barn, 10 paddocks of various sizes all with automatic watering systems, an air conditioned lounge area with dishwasher and cubbies for personal items, a climate controlled tack room with lockers for each boarder as well as saddle racks and storage etc, and a viewing room to watch riders in arena, fully equipped with a flat screen TV, kitchen and bathroom. Farasi Farm, home to Kris Di Carlo Hunter/Jumper is a full training, full care show barn and boarding facility. Located less then 15miles off hwy 75 in Bradenton Florida, with access from SR70 and 64, it is a great location with easy access to Ocala or Wellington for the winter circuits.
The 29 Stall barn with auto waterers, fly spray system, large stalls with open feel, sits on 10 acres of green grass, beautiful sunsets and even a small lake view. We have 11 grass turnout ( 2 extra extra large) 2 large riding arenas (one grass, one sand) as well as a round pen for any lunging or other needs. Full care board is also available for those who would like to utilize our tack up/groom service. discounts on show daycare, clipping for those who use this service.
There are 2 barns on property one newly built 23 stall barn and, an original to the property, 6 stall barn. All stalls are equipped with automatic waterers, rubber matted floors, and fly spray system. Cleaned 2-3 times per, hay and grain fed twice daily with quality Timothy/ Alfalfa hay from Canada and Nutrena grain. Supplements also are given and made with feed for each individual horse. Daily turnout, blanketing, shavings, all included in board. Also the barn has 4 wash stalls, with hot and cold water, double as grooming stalls and 3 extra grooming stalls set aside. Plenty of storage for your tack trunk and equipment. Tack is kept in the large air-conditioned tack room for riders to stay cool and tack to stay clean and mold free and help keep it in great condition. The lounge is equipped with a small kitchen, 2 full bathrooms for those who have things to do after riding and need a shower, and even wifi. Parents and guests can watch lessons comfortably indoors from the air-conditioned lounge in the hot summers or enjoy the nice fall breeze from the patio which overlooks the ring as well.

An air-conditioned and heated lounge provides for socialization and for watching after-lesson videos. Our oversized, LIGHTED riding arena has full jumper and hunter courses and is perfect for riding year round. Pat has excellent, positive communication skills with horses and riders and has successfully trained clients at all riding levels. He trains horses from green-broke to the advanced Hunter/Jumper divisions. Pat also lives right on the property.

Pat truly enjoys teaching his students to become better riders. He strives to make each client’s riding experience enjoyable and informative. He is the type of trainer that when he tells you what to do on a horse, he explains why he wants you to do it, and what he expects you to see and feel as a result of what he’s asking.
