Odessa equestrian center located in Odessa, fl. Now has stalls available for riders of all disciplines. We have two barns on site so you may customize which one best fits you. Our barns feature a total of 55 12x12 matted stalls each equipped with automatic water, some with walk-outs. Cottonwood Equestrian Center in Lithia is offering spacious stalls (most 13' x 14' or 12' x 14) for $500 full stall board. Full board includes day or night turn out, rotational deworming every other month, custom feed program, blanketing and unblanketing in winter months and we are happy to fly spray before turn out if you leave your fly spray bottle on the blanket bar on the stall. We use slow feed hay nets to ensure everything is eaten instead of walked into the bedding. The barn is equipped with a bathroom (shower to follow) as well as a small refrigerator and microwave for your convenience. Additionally, the very roomy tack room is climate-controlled, has an equine meds refrigerator and there is plenty of storage for belongings. There are multiple surveillance cameras in the barn in addition to what is already on the property. Beautiful, quiet 10-acre property has a 70-foot round pen, two riding pastures, one with a dressage area and the other with a full jump course, grass turn outs, spacious hacking path with cross-country jumps and a future plan for competitive trail course. Three covered washracks and free trailer parking. Only three and a half miles from the nearest trail system and one mile farther in the same direction for Alafia State Park trail system. Only ten miles from Brandon Equine and for an extremely low trailering fee, availability depending of course, I will trailer for you in case of an ambulatory emergency or if you would like to simply save money for a routine visit by trailering in versus them coming out for a farm call, I can accommodate you there as well. Shamrock Lee Farms is a beautiful full service barn situated minutes from Downtown Sarasota and a stones throw away from the brand new University Town Center mall. Don't let all that bustle fool you, SLF is a quiet farm nestled under hundred year oak trees that really give you the feel of old Florida. We have 16 acres of paddocks, 2 arenas one large and a smaller one that is fenced in for our ponies and novice riders. There are 2 barns with 14 stalls 12 being 12x12 with rubber mats and sliding doors with yolks. 2 stalls are foaling stalls being 12x24 also with rubber mats and full camera operation. HIGH AND DRY PROPERTY - HURRICANE RATED BARN. After Hurricane Ian, Debby, and Milton we had minimal pasture flooding - approximately 70 percent dry pastures! ...barn remains dry and comfortable. We do offer hurricane/storm board when stalls are available.


We are located East off I75 (Clark Road Exit), SARASOTA. Exactly 15 minutes from the interstate. A hurricane rated barn, and whole house generator means you won't have to evacuate your horse. We specialize in taking the worry about your horse/s off your mind. We strive to keep them comfortable with fresh stalls, and water refreshed to encourage hydration. We care for yours like ours, not a cliche' 3 or less horses turned out together (if compatible, and after quarantine period). Onsite professional supervision (this is our job, we aren't leaving to go to a 9-5).
