Heldergate Stables, located at the old Rockville Equestrian Center, is a private, full-care equestrian facility located just off of Exit 167 of I-64, only 15 minutes West of the Short Pump area.

We offer both stall and field board options, which include the following amenities:

-twice daily feedings of individualized feeding program using Pennfield and PurinaUltium feeds as a base
-twice daily basic wellness checks
-evening checks
-administration of any owner-provided supplements or necessary oral medications -application of topical treatments when needed
-blanket/sheet on/off during relevant seasons
-routine medical care and monitoring in the event of injury
-access to fresh water and run-in shelter in fields
-small turnout groups to reduce risk of injury
-storage space for tack, trunks, etc.
-large, all-weather, lighted stone dust/sand/rubber-mix footed arena with full course of jumps and many extra jump options
-FEI regulation sized dressage arena (long) footed with sand/rubber/stonedust mix
-fields and lanes for riding out; peaceful, horse-friendly neighborhood for riding out; constant access to many trails
-two individual lay-up paddocks available for recovering horses
-main barn has bathroom, laundry room with W/D, feedroom and tack room; additional tack and feed rooms at arena barns

We also offer riding lessons by appointment, as well as horse training in various areas. Lessons focus on getting the most from your equestrian experience through correct riding and a constantly-expanding theoretical base in horsemanship. Our head trainer is on site 12 hours per day unless away at a weekend competition. Assistant trainer is also on site from 4-7 on weekdays and all weekends unless away with students.

Rocky Top Ranch is a private family owned property open 7 days a week. Having been in the horse business for many years and as an owner of 4 horses I understand that each horse has he/her own unique needs. We offer individual attention for every horse, and will work with you to accommodate your horse’s needs.
We offer full, partial and pasture board on 62 acres located in Central VA in beautiful Appomattox County. Easy access from ST RT 460 and only 20 minutes from Liberty University and Sweet Briar College. We provide private or small group turnout. Multiple horse discount and discount for any referrals that use our facility.
7 stall barn: Each 10’x12’ stalls consist of 2x6 tongue and groove yellow pine boards, sealed for ease of cleaning and sanitizing. Fronts are 3” on center prison boards with sliding doors, all stalls are sawdust bedded and are cleaned morning and evening. Lights and individual fans in each stall with ceiling fans in the main aisle. Hot / cold wash pit, tack room and feed room.
Pasture boarding with large run in sheds, salt blocks and ample water supply. We limit the number of horses we board to prevent overgrazing of fields. We separate mares and geldings to avoid any conflicts.
The Ranch offers over 4 miles of riding trails, round pen and outside arena. Free trailer parking for boarders. Property includes two entrances / exits. 70’ wide entrance with drive thru to exits with no need to back up or turn around. 80’ from state highway to gate for truck and trailer, no parking on roadway for safety of owner and horse.
Provide clinics, first aid and wound care
On site lounge with work out equipment, pool table, full bath, TV, picnic table and outdoor grill.
We also provide transportation for all of you hauling needs with a 38’ Cherokee trailer that can accommodate up to 5 horses with box stalls. References provided from previous horse hauls.

No Worries Farm offers full board with ever expanding facilities including a lit covered ring, lit outdoor ring, trails, and cross country jumping field. The covered area is 72 x 150 and the outdoor is 110 x 210. The center aisle barn has 14 spacious stalls along with two wash racks with hot and cold water. The barn also has a large tack room, feed room, bathroom and laundry room complete with washer and dryer for your horse laundry.

Anyone looking for horse boarding in the Williamsburg, New Kent, Richmond area?

We are at exit 211 in New Kent right off interstate 64. Full board each month is $600, there are 5 stalls available then you will be put on a wait list. Stalls cleaned twice daily (or as needed). We provide feed (to be discussed) and hay (to be discussed). If your horse/horses are on supplements we will make sure they get them daily/as needed. Turn in during the day/night (whichever you prefer), if you prefer one of these options. Each horse will have their own stall. We have a lighted riding ring (you can ride day/night). The barn itself has an indoor track for walking and jogging with stalls in the center. There is an efficient 4-fan ventilation system in the roof that pulls air up and out in the hot weather. Radiating out from the barn are many options for private turn out that can be large or small, pasture or dry lot, most with run in sheds and fans. The stalls are 12 x 12 with several 12 x 24 foaling stalls and an observation room. Fencing is horse-safe woven Kentucky Diamond wire with top boards.
