We are a boarding, training, and lesson facility located just 15 minutes south of Charlottesville, VA (very short drive to UVA). We love all types of horses, whether they be young or old, retired or just starting, or somewhere in between. We are a laid back family oriented barn, that prides itself on the drama free atmosphere and horse focused care.

Our horses in training go to horse shows and trailering is available to boarders who desire to go to the same shows or even different ones. We specialize in training, starting and restarting horses (particularly Thoroughbreds) so that they understand the job they have and learn to love what they do. We truly get to know each horse and understand what makes each individual animal unique. All horses are respected and appreciated here and given exceptional care.

The farm is a quiet and peaceful family farm with a 7 stall center aisle barn with tack room, wash rack, and bathroom, a two stall secondary barn, a 200 x 115 ft sand riding ring with hunter/jumper jumps and beautiful trails that take one around the property. Stall board includes premium feed 2x a day, high quality hay, turn out, and blanketing as needed.

Stall board starts at $500 a month, and training and rehabilitation pricing is tailored to the individual horse. WAF is a privately owned farm. It has been in business since 1983. We have to barns and plenty of fields. We are located about 15minutes away from the college of William
&Mary campus for those students looking for somewhere to board their horses. We have many kids/ college students board horses with us. Welcome to our barn! We have 11 stalls and a tack room for our awesome clients. Your horse gets top-notch Nutrena Safechoice feed and quality hay bales. CRS is a family oriented laid back lesson and boarding facility. We have 24 acres, lit bluestone ring, large grass ring and direct access to the W&OD Trail. 12x12 stalls and run ins in each field.

Full Care for permanent boarding, temporary boarding, vacation boarding, stall or minimal turn out.

Includes fans in stalls, hay, blanketing, muzzling, bedded 12x12 stall, trailer parking, and lot's of TLC. Ride out on mountain - trail blazing has started. 140x70 outdoor riding arena. Sprouse's Corner Ranch is a full service boarding and riding lesson facility.
