We are a small horse farm with just 7 stalls. Very quiet and relaxed. Our horses are turned out in grass fields, with round bales as needed. We feed high quality hay that was cut on the property. Our horses are fed on an individual basis to ensure they get what they need. Our stalls are 12x12 with high ceilings and we use pine shavings. We have a new sand ring and trails around the property to ride on. We will also be constructing a regulation size dressage ring. The horses are checked each night before bed. We are at exit 211 in New Kent right off interstate 64. Full board each month is $600, there are 5 stalls available then you will be put on a wait list. Stalls cleaned twice daily (or as needed). We provide feed (to be discussed) and hay (to be discussed). If your horse/horses are on supplements we will make sure they get them daily/as needed. Turn in during the day/night (whichever you prefer), if you prefer one of these options. Each horse will have their own stall. We have a lighted riding ring (you can ride day/night). The facility sits on 75 acres surrounded by Farmington Hunt territory and adjacent to a top level eventing barn. For the last 15 years we have been specializing in detailed senior care for retired hunter jumpers. These horses receive the best in care and attention. Under our watchful eye we manage for your horse, administration of treatments or meds as per veterinarian and/or farrier instructions. Comprehensive daily grooming, hand walking and/or turn out as needed. Development and implementation of individual treatment/fitness/nutrition plan

Radiating out from the barn are many options for private turn out that can be large or small, pasture or dry lot, most with run in sheds and fans.
