Hunter Landing is a professional, yet affordable, year round, full-care horse boarding facility. We are located in Central New York, just East of Sylvan Beach. We specialize in hunters, jumpers, and equitation for all levels of riding while prioritizing top quality care for each and every individual horse. The Hunter Landing property features a large, lighted outdoor arena and comfortable indoor arena, a full set of jumps, a viewing lounge, approximately 33 acres of pasture for rotational grazing (group or private turnout is available), run-in shelters, a 10' x 16' indoor wash rack with hot water, 12'x12' and 10'x10' matted stalls, and top quality hay and grain. All board includes turnout (weather permitting), daily stall cleaning, dispensing of supplements if purchased by the boarder, and quality hay and grain.

We offer pasture board for $275, mid-range board at $375 (side aisle with storage available in a community tack room), and premium board for $400.

Lessons rates are $30 for a one-hour private lesson and $25 for a one-hour group lesson (dependent on experience). We welcome all levels of riding, from those who are taking their very first lesson, to those that just want to ride for leisure, or for the serious rider that wants to show! DUCHESS FARM- is a community designed to provide an extraordinary living environment for homeowners and local residents, who also happen to own horses... and for the animals themselves. Duchess Farm Equestrian Center will also offer clinics and personal training for the owners.

The center is an an exceptional facility, meetings, and events with complete with Hunt Course, 252' x 100' Natural Cover Super size Indoor Arena, a Lunge Ring, Working Rings, Heated educational room/office, kitchen, showers, Massage and Exercise rooms, Lounge areas, heated tack, wash rooms, heated viewing areas and a Riding School. This is close to the historic "rail trail" featuring 20 miles of scenic tiding trails, restricted to horses and hikers only.
