Chestnut Hill Farm is a full service hunter/jumper/equitation riding facility located in the beautiful rolling hills of Sleepy Hollow, IL just north of Elgin and conveniently located just off Interstate 90.

At Chestnut Hill Farm, we don't just teach beginner to advanced riders in hunters, jumpers and equitation, we teach horsemanship. Our emphasis is on safety, horse care and fun.

Our riding programs are designed for those who seek to become better riders and advance their skills. We take great care in matching riders with their horses. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced student, lessons are composed for both child and adult riders. All levels are welcome in our family-friendly atmosphere.

We don't just take care of the riders, but horses too! We offer personalized, customized board for any breed of horse. Chestnut Hill Farm was designed for horse and rider! For the horse, 10' x 12' stalls with windows, indoor wash stall with hot and cold water, and over 20 acres of grass turnout and access to trails. For rider large tackroom, large indoor arena and large outdoor arena.

Gunners Run Stables is a well maintained pasture boarding farm with large indoor stalls if an ill or injured horse needs to be kept in for one on one observation. We are 40 acres with a variety of amenities on the property.
Gunners Run accommodates their boarders with Large pastures, Extra Large run in shelters, hay is fed 24/7 plus individual feed buckets once a day every day with a mixture of Timothy/Alfalfa cubes, Beet Pulp, Steamed Rolled Oats, and Grain along with Extra Large water troughs that are closely monitored. We have an outdoor riding arena, Full size round pen, out door wash rack with heated water, Trailer parking,Tack Room, and Kitchen.
The stables are located just 5 miles from Rush Creek trails, or enjoy the scenic views of the country while riding around our 40 acre property.

Just off of Rt. 47 in Elgin, we provide boarding in 20- 12x14 and larger matted stalls, 40+ acres of well kept grass pastures and limestone paddocks (with lean-to's) for daily turnout, hay 3 times a day and grain 2 times a day. Heated barn with connected 85 x 225 indoor arena for year-round lessons and a large outdoor arena.
