Full care is ONLY 350.00 a month you get your 10 x 12 stall cleaned twice a day, fans in the summer, daily turnout (weather permitting), blankets on or off if desired, Triumph 12% Pelleted Horse Feed twice a day, grass blend timothy/orchard hay twice a day. ALSO YOU GET a heated bathroom, 2 wash areas, unlimited access to an 120 x 80 INDOOR arena, 120 x 120 OUTDOOR arena, 90 foot ROUND pen & lastly over 100 acres of riding trails from beginner - advance. Ride 30 minutes or ride all day. No trailering needed! We're also right by the wilderness trails. Trailer parking available for 20 a month. Mares and Geldings are separated while in pastures. We are almost finished with the NEW viewing room. The barn is a barn family and there is NO drama and will continue to be that way. We love horses and they are always number "1" on the list no matter what. Very friendly, loving, no stress, environment. We have group trail rides. All breeds & riding styles welcomed (No Stallions) we have a variety of horses at the farm from Quarter horse's, Tennessee Walker's, Saddlebred's, Percheron's, Arabian's, Fox Trotter's. At the farm we have english riders, western riders, trail riders, & bareback riders. We use Tony Russo as our farrier & Dr. Burchum from River valley equine vet. We will hold your horses for farrier and vet. WANAJA FARM is located along a beautiful scenic route in Oldham County, Kentucky in the heart of historic countryside. We are a state-of-the-art boarding and training facility, primarily for the discipline of dressage, but welcome other disciplines, as well. We offer riding lessons at all levels and for all ages.

WANAJA FARM has two new barns, and good fencing. The training barn has 17 matted 12'x12' stalls, a heated/air conditioned viewing room with microwave, refrigerator and freezer, a laundry room, wash rack with hot and cold water, feed room, two tack rooms, and a heated bathroom/changing room. In addition, the training barn has a 156'x72' indoor riding arena for year-round training and vaulted ceilings for jumping horses.

Are you looking for a more natural self-care boarding situation for your horse, but not full pasture board? We are a small horse boarding farm on a scenic 20-acre property in the Fern Creek/Floyds Fork area in Louisville. All horses have access to stalls in a barn that open onto state-of-the-art dry-lots. Daily turn out in grass paddocks alone or with other horses as weather, pasture condition and the horse's needs allow. The dry-lots allow horses to be outdoors as much as they want and be more sociable and mobile rather than standing in stalls most of the time. Stalls are part of either of two larger barns and have rubber mats and electricity for fans in summer and heated buckets in winter. There is storage for tack, feed, hay in both barns and space for trailer parking.

120' x 60' outdoor arena, round pen, trail obstacles for training and a trail around the fields and through woodlands on the property. We work cooperatively with horse owners for happy, healthy horses and provide an alternative for owners who prefer that their horses are not confined to a stall most of the time.
