We are a full service facility nestled in a beautiful country setting of large oaks. Beautiful private wooded trails along a flowing creek, very scenic. Forty five plus acres that intertwine for your riding adventure. One of many facilities that actually has private trails. This is a great experience for show horses as well. Large indoor arena 60x 100 Large enough for parties, camps and events.
Large outdoor lighted arena offers riding enjoyment during summer nights. Large stalls, concrete aisle ways, shower/wash racks. Several training pens. Turn out pastures, some dry for those wet days. Clubhouse for relaxing, lunch, parties, events, clinics, educational groups and tours. Experienced Staff is very knowledge of many equine breeds for training and show or just to have better communication with your horse. Staff on premises for complete care. Very professional in a family comfortable environment. Are you looking for a more natural self-care boarding situation for your horse, but not full pasture board? We are a small horse boarding farm on a scenic 20-acre property in the Fern Creek/Floyds Fork area in Louisville. All horses have access to stalls in a barn that open onto state-of-the-art dry-lots. Daily turn out in grass paddocks alone or with other horses as weather, pasture condition and the horse's needs allow. The dry-lots allow horses to be outdoors as much as they want and be more sociable and mobile rather than standing in stalls most of the time. Stalls are part of either of two larger barns and have rubber mats and electricity for fans in summer and heated buckets in winter. There is storage for tack, feed, hay in both barns and space for trailer parking.

120' x 60' outdoor arena, round pen, trail obstacles for training and a trail around the fields and through woodlands on the property. We work cooperatively with horse owners for happy, healthy horses and provide an alternative for owners who prefer that their horses are not confined to a stall most of the time. We use fly predators and slow-feeder hay nets. We currently have an opening at the small barn for one horse. WANAJA FARM is located along a beautiful scenic route in Oldham County, Kentucky in the heart of historic countryside. We are a state-of-the-art boarding and training facility, primarily for the discipline of dressage, but welcome other disciplines, as well. We offer riding lessons at all levels and for all ages.

WANAJA FARM has two new barns, and good fencing. The training barn has 17 matted 12'x12' stalls, a heated/air conditioned viewing room with microwave, refrigerator and freezer, a laundry room, wash rack with hot and cold water, feed room, two tack rooms, and a heated bathroom/changing room. In addition, the training barn has a 156'x72' indoor riding arena for year-round training and vaulted ceilings for jumping horses.
