We have a beautiful barn with 3 stalls for lease...Tack room and hay storage...No care included; lessee has complete access, can build paddock, will provide driveway access and snowplowing and whatever amenities are needed...

We have three stalls available with nearly 3 acres of pasture. The barn is insulated and equipped with electricity. We provide full boarding which includes feeding of grain/hay, cleaning the stalls, water & letting out to pasture. You provide the grain. The road we're on is a dead end which leads to the city forest less than a quarter mile. We are also less than a half mile from blue seal. This is a very convenient location for you and your horse! Matted stalls cleaned daily, fresh water, 2x a day grain, 3x a day hay (winter) controlled feedings, riding area, round pen, access to trails, acres of grass pastures with rotation for optimum grazing. We take pride in the health and care of our animals. Worked for MSSPA for several years. Willing to work with and knowledge of rehab horses and older special needs horses. Have time, patience and love for these cases...but all horses welcome. No stallions please.

Space available for full care out-door - ($350 per month) boarder or full care stall boarder (stall at night & pasture during the day- $500 per month).
Both options provide private grass paddocks with a private 3-sided run-in shed and electric fence all the way around. Board is full care, includes salt & mineral block, beautiful 1st cutting hay & grain twice daily. Specialized care is given to all residence, we are fully insured, care is given by owners that live on site (this includes night checks).
Board includes the use of heated tack room in the barn (keep you and your belongings warm all winter long), 60 ft. round pen, outdoor riding arena (115 X 90) and access to hundreds of local snowmobile trails.We also offer quarantine upon request and on farm leases, birthday parties and much more.
