About Us: We are an all-breed, multi-discipline boarding facility located 5 minutes south of Snohomish, Washington. Horses at Grateful Pine Farm enjoy all-day turnout on our sunny 17 acre spread with views of the Cascades and Mt Baker, premium customized nutrition, and attentive horse-centric care by our highly qualified staff. We have many options for riding and training including indoor and outdoor arenas, lighted round pen, private trails/bridle path, and a Mark Bolender designed mountain trail horse park.

Location: Grateful Pine Farm is located just a few minutes down the road from the equestrian entrance to Lord Hill Park, a 1,463 acre nature preserve with miles of riding trails. It’s also within 5-7 minutes of Pilchuck Animal Hospital in case of emergency. We are easy to access from 522, highway 9, or SR2 and less than 20 minutes from Woodinville and Everett.

Hoofbeats farms offer premium affordable care in two boutique settings. With stables in both Clearview (north of Woodinville) and on Dutch Hill (3 minutes from the town of Snohomish), both facilities have large, professionally installed outdoor sand arenas. Horses each have large matted stalls, daily turnout onto pastures, premium E. WA hay (2-3 times daily), individual tack lockers, cross-ties, warm wash rack, and much more. Onsite caregivers keep their "eyes on" your horse to ensure its safety and well-being. Both farms are out of the mud and in sunny easy-access locations, and COST UNDER $400 PER MONTH!

Clearview location is a 1/2 block ride from 150 acres of trails.

Dutch Hill location has over 11 acres of pasture and is on the hillside overlooking (and above) the Snohomish Valley. Hay and grain are included at this facility. Close to many trail systems and easy access to major traffic arterials.

We offer boarding, training, & lessons. Horses are given the best care possible. We have daily turnout in grass pastures, and have a wonderful indoor riding arena and 12x12 stalls for your horse

We currently have 6 fully matted box stalls available. Monthly prices are $180 for Self Care or $350 for Full Care. **See our website for Holiday discounts!!** Daily and Weekly Prices are also available. Self Care includes bedding provided (no muck), turn out upon request, blanketing upon request, salt block, and twice a day feed (owner provided). Full care includes hay, feeding, bedding and stall cleaning, daily grooming, blanketing and turn out, and salt block. (Grains, supplements, and medicinal ADMINISTRATIONS may be included on case by case basis at the owner's request- the actual medicine must be provided by the owner, otherwise additional prices may vary)
Routine exercise is provided at an hourly rate (ground work or riding).
