Lone Star Sporthorses LLC is an english riding program located just minutes from The Woodlands. We offer a lesson program that focuses on the disciplines of hunter, jumper, and dressage. Our program caters to a wide variety of skill levels; from the pleasure rider to the avid competitor. We believe that not only the riding aspect, but horsemanship is also crucial to a successful, working relationship between horse and rider.

Full Board includes:
-12'x12' stall with orthopedic stall mat, cleaned twice daily
-Waterers cleaned daily in both stalls and paddocks
-AM & PM feeding/hay
-Daily 8-10 hour turnout in individual paddocks (unless otherwise requested) AM & PM turnout available
-Supplements fed daily
-Vet and farrier on call
-24 hour on site care
-Use of all facilities

Trail Rides- NO EXPERIENCE NECCESARY- We have a beautiful farm located in Tarkington Prarie just 30 minutes north of Houston. We provide guided trail rides on seasoned trail horses in our wooded trail area.. We alao provide lessons for children and adults.. Please call for a reservation

BOARD- We also board horses. The horses graze on our lush 40 acre hay meadow. We offer pasture board for $300 month which includes feed and hay.

Full Care Board
We offer personalized care for each horse in our facility. We believe that each horse is an individual, and should be treated as such. Your horse's nutritional, turnout, and fitness programs will be planned with you upon move-in, and modified as needed when your horse's needs change. Our staff has raised countless foals and started dozens of young horses under saddle. Whether you want your horse to learn the basics, or to become a finished trail or show horse, we take a patient, methodical approach designed to increase your horse's strength and suppleness while building trust, confidence, and skill.

The match between horse and rider is a key component of riding success and satisfaction. We believe that purchasing the right horse requires time and careful consideration.
