Our private gated facility is located just west of Austin on 44 acres in between Lakeway and Dripping Springs. Horses have large stalls with 40 foot runs. They are feed two times a day with daily turnout. We have a 250x150 covered arena with lights and rubber footing, an outdoor arena with the same rubber footing, and round pen. We also have wash racks with heated water, and a large tack room. The owner lives on the property and takes great pride in taking care of the horses that are boarded with them. Jeanne Dake who has trained riders in classical dressage from beginners through Grand Prix is training and giving lessons at the barn 6 days a week. We have a very limited amount of boarders in order to maintain a personal and special facility. Spotted Oak Stable is a small family barn for your attention loving horse. We have Stall Boarding available with daily turn out,(individual can be arranged), twice daily feedings, special diets can be accomodated, all concrete walk ways, lighted round pen, enclosed riding areas, indoor wash rack coming in September, as well as the ability to store trailers. Rio Vista Hunter-Jumper Stable:

Stall Board with lessons: $635 month includes 2 Group lessons per week on your horse. Individual Tack locker. Every other day turnout ( Daily 7x week turnout available for additional $40). And of course, twice daily stall cleaning, twice daily feeding, and supplement feeding included (boarders to provide desired supplements). All stalls equipped with automatic fly spray system.

Paddock Board with lessons: $545 month includes 2 Group lessons per week on your horse. Individual Tack locker. Sunday turnout. Paddock horses are fed on the same program as the stalled horses.

Full Training: $850 includes all weekly rides, does not include lessons. Twice daily hay & grain, turnout every other day, twice daily stall cleaning, fly spray system.

Rio Vista Open Boarding Stable:

Rio Vista has a separate facility on the same site that we call The Breeding Farm. The breeding farm houses our sport-horse breeding program along with boarding outside broodmares, foals, mares in foal, retirees, pleasure riders and dressage riders. Small boutique style barn! - We specialize in personal touch care of our furry friends. Only 7 horses reside at this barn. We are mostly Dressage riders who play together, show together and generally hang out together! 200x100 Covered arena with GGT footing, arena mirrors, 3 tack up areas, 2 wash areas, separate tack room with locking personalized cabinets, bathroom, shower, washer/dryer and round pen. Each stall has it's own 100' paddock run and we have 3 large fields to turn-out into! The arena is watered and drug daily as well as cleaning of barn and stalls. A viewing stand for your friends to watch and our help will blanket and un-blanket. Trail riding and schooling your horse in the fields, is also available.
