Located on the Lake Lewisville trails between Chin Chapel and 2499, 2 miles north of 407. We have 4 paddocks with shelter, a 6 stall barn with locked feed, and an equipment room. Small covered arena the size of a large round pen. No pasture land but 4 large paddocks with shelter and water. Lots of space for trailer parking as well. we are in a quiet neighborhood with trail access.

We would like to rent the entire 1.5-acre barn property to one person. You would be allowed to sublet as long as it is done responsibly and horses are fed and cared for.

JM Prosperity Farm is an outstanding horse boarding facility where our horses and clients needs come first. We strive to make sure that we give each horse and their owner the best care possible. The farm owner has been a professional horse women and barn owner for over 20 years. She and her staff pay attention to every detail of the horses day and the owners experience. We treat your horses like they are our own. Our facility is full functioning. We have all the amenities you could need or want. Our staff cleans and beds the stalls 7 days a week. The horses are feed twice a day 7 days a week. All the horses on the property are turned out every day unless there is a reason or request to leave them inside. JM Prosperity Farm is located in Argyle, Texas about thirty minutes north of Dallas and Fort Worth. The farm sits on a 100 acres on a quiet street. JM Prosperity Farm has a plenty of room for turn out so that your horses can be in their natural habitat. We find that the healthiest thing for a horse is to allow him as much time to be a horse as possible. In addition to our fertilized grassy fields we have a hot walker, wash rack with hot and cold water, a covered indoor round pen with lights and a viewing area from up high. We have an outdoor lighted arena that is drug on a frequent basis. In addition there is an office lounge area for resting and taking a break from outside. The staff and owner live on property with your horses. JM Prosperity Farm offers some conditioning programs when needed for horses at owners request. You can take riding lessons if you wish at the farm. Many of the clients at the farm love to trail ride taking advantage of the multiple trail heads all within 20 minutes of the farm. the farm also hosts natural horsemanship clinics several times during the year. JM Prosperity Farm also is a great place for the old guy who just needs a quiet place to retire and be well cared for.

Our Ranch offers horse boarding and horse care for a few special horses.
Our horses enjoy the natural setting of the ranch and are allowed to
socialize with other horses in a pasture setting which is closer to their
natural state and is better on their emotional make-up. We do not lock our
horses away in stalls, but believe horses should be allowed to choose to
graze out in the open or have the option to rest under shelter.

Our Horse Boarding Facility is quite large ! 32 + stalls 40+ acres we accept all equines ! Boarding is about $300 for stalls and $180 for pasture board ! We provide lessons and many more cool things like summer camps for adults and kids !

Hudson Heritage is a full care boarding and event center located in Rio Vista Texas, just 55 minutes south of Will Rogers Event Center in Fort Worth. We provide a full western horse environment with an emphasis on Reining, and Cow Horse disciplines. With a complete indoor and well lit environment available 7 days a week, it is our sincerest goal and hope to provide a place where the active riding horse owner can enjoy their best friend in comfort. We have heated water in the double indoor wash racks, individual lockers at each stall, lockers for wash rack items, as well as a conveniently located tack room with saddle and bridle racks. Arenas are drug daily and a cowtrac system is located inside of the indoor arena, with a conveniently located round pen for the frisky days or when your best friend just needs to move around for a bit. Mocha is 2 years old next month and is standing at 13 hands to make 14.1, 14.2 very sad sale of this beautiful girl who is an absolute pleasure to handle, she loves to be groomed picks all her feet up and stands great for the farrier, loads no problem, manners in the stable, because she's just a baby she's done no work but we have taken her on walks inhand and she's been brilliant very trusting and not phased by anything she's stabled on a working farm and sees machinery and tractors everyday would make a fantastic kids pony as she loves attention from my 2 young boys, 3 beautiful floaty paces, lots of feather and a flaxen tail

Custom Built, Large Full Care 20 stall barn. 14 x 14 stalls w/runs. Full Care Stalls $705 to $750 a month. We feed Nutrena Safe Choice Feeds and clean coastal or alfalfa hay 2X daily. We feed on a set schedule to keep your horse healthy and happy. Insulated from the cold and heat. Both barns have automatic waterers (from well water so your horse isn't drinking chemical filled city water), rollout feeders, windows.
Covered 100’x100’ arena under roof with the main barn. Lighted 125 x 250 arena w/ custom mixed sand (never packs, always moist), stock, washrack (hot water), 3 roundpens (1- 60' sand and 1-50’ & 1-40' grass).
