We are a full service equine boarding facility located in Cedar Hill, TN. Bacon Family Farms offers 104 acres, extensive trails of all levels, multiple daily turn out options ranging from 80x80ft all the way to 30 and 40 acre pastures. We are a full care facility with riders of all disciplines and offer full care pasture or stall board options. Our brand new indoor will be complete by fall 2019 and is 70ftx140ft, our outdoor arena is 130ftx200ft. We have two barns that are 18 stalls each with priefert premier stalls, state of the art stall flooring, ventilation, and insulated roofing. We live on site, and I have been a vet tech of 10 years with an extensive background in equine. Riding lessons are available for all levels of riders from just beginning to the advanced competitive rider. We have certified instructors for our lesson program. Lessons are for ages 5 & up. We offer instruction for those wanting to ride for pleasure or show. Our focus is primarily on Ranch Pleasure, Barrel racing, pole Bending, western Pleasure, working equitation , groundwork & natural horsemanship ; however, all disciplines are welcome. We have a show team that shows local 4-H and saddle clubs each week through April to October.

We offer many different types of boards with many extra amenities! We pride ourselves on attention to detail and have years of experience managing performance and high-maintenance horses. All horses have an individual nutrition plan for their own specific needs.. Horses enjoy natural living on large 70 + acres, well-maintained pastures safely enclosed by fencing . Every pasture has mature trees for shade and protection, and horses always have access to fresh water and a mineral salt block .Most of our boarding is pasture care, which encourages a relaxed, hands-on environment for the whole barn .
