This is a family owned and operated horse boarding home. We are situated on 50 acres of pasture on Watts Bar Lake. We are an older farm with lots of TLC to offer with daily turn in and out weather permitting, Clean stalls, fresh shavings, two daily feedings, fresh hay always. Small, privately owned facility. Pasture boarding with run-in shelter or barn. Covered arena, round pen, private tack room, wash rack, and areas to ride. In winter, I provide free choice grass hay and will feed whatever grain the owner provides. Manure cleaning twice daily. I (owner) live onsite and work from home so horses have constant supervision. Boarding is $350/month but I am willing to do some trade - chores for reduced boarding. I do have barn stalls that can be used but I do not provide stall boarding at this time.
