* Large pastures with daily turn-out. Pastures range from 1/2 acre to several acres. 20 acre farm.
* Large and airy 12 x 12 stalls. 26 stall barn.
* Rubber Mats in stalls.
* Horses are fed 3x day, choice of Eastern OR Hay or local. Custom feeding plan per owner.

Roan River Ranch is a full care facility 10 minutes outside of Sandy, Oregon.
We are a quiet, private barn specializing in senior equine care. Our amenities include a 160x70 outdoor all weather arena, roundpen, outdoor washrack, 10x12 stalls with haynets and fans.
Full care $475/mo
- daily, all day group turnout on grass pastures
- stalls cleaned daily
- 2x day local hay
- your grain fed up to 2x per day (soaking available)
- sheets or blankets on/off
- flymasks on/off
- fans and haynets in each stall

Partial care $350/mo includes all above, you provide hay.

Coleman's Horse Training is back in action but in a new location. We are now located in Banks, OR at Rolling Hills Stables. We have several stalls available and openings for full training. Rolling Hills Stable is an upcoming facility with several recent upgrades in a very convenient location right off of HWY 26.
