Whispering Pines Performance Horses is located on a quiet country road in Monroeville, OH. Come enjoy the peaceful, friendly atmosphere on this 24 acre farm. We provide full care at a very affordable rate. Stalls are mucked 3 to 4 times a day and completely stripped once a week. All stalls are large, matted stalls with several windows. Horses are turned out for 8 to 10 hours per day in 4 separate pastures to give your horse plenty of room to run and lots of beautiful grass. Barn management lives on site to care and watch over your horse 24/7. Management is available to hold your horse for the vet or farrier if you are not available for a small fee. Lessons are available in western, english, contesting, trail, and natural horsemanship. Large outside arena is worked up weekly. 80’ X 100’ Indoor, heated arena for those cold or rainy days. Our facility was custom designed to fit the needs of discriminating horse owners in Central Ohio by John T Lucas, the Vice-President of Wilson Hill Stables.

Construction began in 2007 and was completed in the spring of 2008. The barn is centered around the climate controlled Tack Room, Restrooms, Future Office, and the Viewing Lounge that overlooks the attached Indoor Arena.

Classic Equine Stalls, a premier provider of quality equestrian products, produced our stalls for us with each featuring ¾ Rubber Mats, Automatic Waters, Swing out feed door with rubber feeder, and a sliding door with a drop down yoke for socializing.

We chose to keep the barn open and breezy with grilled dividers between stalls. This helps the horses interact and also improves circulation in warmer weather.

The facility also includes a wash rack station with two individual hot & cold water bathing areas and well maintained and managed turnouts.

We are a private horse barn that focuses on individualized care programs for each and every horse. We specialize in post-surgical care, layups and rehabilitation of performance horses.

We have large box stalls with thick rubber matting and deep bedding to support and cushion. Horses are fed high quality hay 4 times daily. Stalls are picked and cleaned 1-2 times daily, 7 days per week.

Layup services available are daily hand walking, individual turn out, blanketing, stretching, massage, bandage changes and daily grooming. Medications and supplements can be administered in conjunction with the recommendations from your veterinarian.
