Summer Hill Stables is a quiet, family owned stable east of Amsterdam. Experienced, customized care. Horses enjoy daytime or 24/7 turnout in our sheltered pastures or dry paddocks, and matted box stalls when the weather is less than cooperative. Boarders enjoy our lovely dust-controlled indoor arena, acres of open and cut trails, scenic views, and proximity to major roads. Full-board includes basic services and hay; owners provide grain/supplements.

Joker’s Wild Ranch is the area’s largest boarding facility where your horse’s care is our top priority! Not only is our farm the most economical, but our staff is caring and friendly. Formerly known as Pleasant Hill Stables, Joker’s Wild Ranch is now in new hands. The current owners are taking initiative to update and improve the facility. Come experience our newly renovated 150’ by 70’ indoor arena with brand new LED lighting, kick boards, and footing. Relax in our heated viewing area/lounge equipped with a full size refrigerator and microwave. Enjoy our heated bathroom/changing area with the added barn perk of hot water too. Personal tack lockers available for every boarder included in cost.
The majority of the stalls currently have rubber floor mats with the rest to be added as construction progresses. Improvement efforts include newly constructed straight stalls, 30 quality security cameras, and LED lighting throughout the barn.
Clients consist of people pursuing a wide range of equestrian activities. There are friendly helpful boarders who enjoy riding for fun!

Since 1979 If Only Farm has offered quality boarding, professional training for horse and rider, and has hosted hundreds of shows and clinics for riders of all ages. We are located in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of central New York State, just minutes northeast of Ithaca, NY and the Cornell Veterinary School and Equine Hospital. If Only Farm is the proud home of the Ithaca College Equestrian Team. Our facility includes two indoor arenas, two outdoor rings, a cross-country course, two boarding barns with box stalls, and numerous turn-out paddocks and pastures. Bill Lowe offers scheduled and emergency horse transport as well as a range of farm and building services.
