We offer barn stalls 10/12 or 12/12. Currently, 3 are occupied, but both 12/12's are available. We provide hay twice daily, grains, and supplements (owner provided). Turn out a minimum of 3 times a week. Blanketing jncluded (provided by owner) . I use shavings as well and muck the stalls twice daily. We have a riding arena for you to ride and also 35 acres of riding available along the Little Thompson River. I feed twice a day and do have alfalfa for purchase. I am installing Starlink and working on my app so you can check on your horse at all times. We do have a shared tack room, bathroom facilities as well. We are a small, full-service equine boarding facility with plenty of room both for your horse to stretch his legs and for you to focus on your riding, yet only 25 minutes north of Denver. Boards starts at $290.00/ month. Stalls are cleaned on a daily basis in the morning by the facility.
