Very close into town! 8 stall barn with 3 stall small barn, hot water tank with wash area, and tack rooms. All stalls have rubber mats. New Zealand style coated electric fencing...rated one of the safest electric fencing options available in the horse world. High tensile strength can withstand over 5,000 lbs pressure, highly visible, and secure. Dry pastures measure 56 x 400 feet. More than enough space for daily turnout for one or two horses. Group turnout also available for geldings. Trail obstacles for training. Bathroom on site. No stallions. $475 per month.

Certified riding instructor on site who also was an elementary school teacher…teaching is her passion! Western riding lessons given for ages 5 and beyond. Drill team instruction for 4 man teams. Full-care services: turn out/in, daily stall cleaning with wood pellet bedding, 2 flakes hay of your choice (alfalfa or timothy), grain and supplements provided by owner.
