The Powhatan Equestrian Center at Quarterfield Stables is located conveniently in central Powhatan Country, VA just off Rte. 60.

Stall board is $350 per month and includes grain twice per day, hay, water, access to mineral blocks, and high quality bagged shavings are used in stalls.

The stalls are large and extremely well ventilated. In addition, the turnout pastures are large and well managed.

There is a tack room as well as a wash area. The arena is large with excellent footing and has outdoor lighting.

A round pen with sand footing is also another excellent feature of the facility.
Training and lessons are available with an qualified instructor. All disciplines are welcome.

Misty Brook Farm offers quality boarding and Dressage training for horse and rider, as well as beginner lessons for horse enthusiasts. Scarlett Grove Stables is situated on almost 16 acres of lush pasture. This full service boarding, training and sales barn is conveniently located on Route 7. We are 30 minutes to Upperville, 40 minutes to Morven Park Show grounds in Leesburg & Middleburg, Virginia. Also minutes from a cross country course.

Laid back atmosphere ~ Your horse will receive outstanding care.

The barn has 9-12x12 matted stalls, hot and cold wash stall, and a large tack/lounge room. The outdoor arena is 100x200 with a mix of sand and bluestone.

Stall Board starting at $350.00 (grain and bedding supplied by owner)

Daily exercise $25.00 a ride

Field Board starting at $200.00 (grain supplied by owner and there is an extra $100 fee in the winter for hay)

Holly Grubb is the head trainer of Scarlett Grove Stables. She has competed through Intermediate level with over 20 years of successful coaching, training and showing three day eventing to teach you the proper skills from the basics of riding up to advanced levels. Holly trained under Sandora Oppenheim. Holly brings out the best in her riders, ponies and horses in a fun yet challenging environment. She builds sportsmanship into her riders while they achieve success in the show ring.
