Despite the quiet surroundings, y Tiempo is located minutes from I-81 and convenient to Lexington, Roanoke and the Virginia Horse Center. We provide top of the line boarding on a 400 acre farm with stunning views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Whether you prefer pasture board ($300) or stall board ($500), your horse will receive individualized care and daily handling. We are happy to provide the optional grain, supplements and medications that your horse needs for a healthy, happy and carefree retirement.

For our more active horses and riders, we have a riding ring with sand and engineered footing, a round pen, tack room and wash rack. In addition, we have miles of riding trails over 400 acres of beautiful pastures, creeks, waterfalls, and woodland. Performance Sporthorses has (2) immediate openings for new full-training clients. Costs include full board and training fees ($1,600 / month) which include a large 12x12 stall, personalized feeding program, twice-a-day stall cleaning, daily turnout, on-site management, and professional rides by Wanja Gerlach. Use of the facility's indoor arena (w/ mirrors), and outdoor arena are included as is free horse trailer parking. Only vet and farrier services not included.
