Care for your horse can be easily individualized. 350$ a month includes grain, unlimited access to hay, unlimited access to shelter with a graded bluestone base, and heated trough in winter and fan in summer. Blanketing, fly spraying, and small first aid included. Heldergate Stables, located at the old Rockville Equestrian Center, is a private, full-care equestrian facility located just off of Exit 167 of I-64, only 15 minutes West of the Short Pump area.

We also offer riding lessons by appointment, as well as horse training in various areas. Lessons focus on getting the most from your equestrian experience through correct riding and a constantly-expanding theoretical base in horsemanship. Our head trainer is on site 12 hours per day unless away at a weekend competition. Assistant trainer is also on site from 4-7 on weekdays and all weekends unless away with students.
