With access to miles of trails on our 100 acres, our apple orchard, stream, rolling hills, and surrounding areas, you can ride to your heart's content! We offer two state of the art indoor arenas, and John Lyon's round pen, 14 stalls, wash and grooming stalls and picnic areas both near the barn and stream! Beautiful 30 acre private farm in southern Culpeper County (Raccoon Ford), 3 miles south of Commonwealth Park. One of the farm's fields is dedicated to field boarding with 24 hour access to stalls for shelter. It's a 5 acre field with a 3 stall shed row barn. The barn is not fancy, but it's dry in the cold, wet winter and dark and shady with fans in the hot summer. The barn has a feed/tack room and the field has an automatic waterer.
