Beautiful 30 acre private farm in southern Culpeper County (Raccoon Ford), 3 miles south of Commonwealth Park. One of the farm's fields is dedicated to field boarding with 24 hour access to stalls for shelter. It's a 5 acre field with a 3 stall shed row barn. The barn is not fancy, but it's dry in the cold, wet winter and dark and shady with fans in the hot summer. The barn has a feed/tack room and the field has an automatic waterer. Graywood is a riding barn, located near the tri-county corner of Culpeper, Madison, & Orange! 25 beautiful acres with access to miles of riding trails and an 8-stall barn. The riding ring is 200x120 with stone dust & sand footing and equipped with nice jumps. There is also a small round pen for ground work. Graywood is a family friendly farm that is happy to accommodate riders and horse lovers of all ages and experience levels (group and privet lessons). We are able to do theraputic riding classes as well (private lessons only). We believe in creating a safe and fun environment where everyone is encouraged to be the best they can be.
Owner & Instructor is Denise Lynch. Denise has over 30 years experience teaching, training, and showing. She moved to Madison County 17 years ago and has coached many winning riders over the years. Westwood Stables is a 65 acre horse farm located off Rt 1 in the Fredericksburg/Massaponax area.

Facilities Include: Lighted Indoor Riding Arena, Large Outdoor Riding Arena, footed 55ft round pen, and plenty of space to hack out with trails. Tack rooms are air conditioned and heated. Both barns have wash stalls (hot water!). Bathroom located in main barn.

Westwood is a 16 stall facility and offers multiple field board spots as well as private field board. Trainer on site with background of hunters/ western pleasure/working equitation/dressage. Actively competing and showing monthly at schooling and rated shows with students.
