Bedded with shavings, Poulin grain 2x a day, high quality hay 3-4x a day, all day turnout weather permitting, overnight turnout weather permitting, an attached indoor riding ring with, outdoor sand ring, hot and cold water wash stall, ample tack storage upstairs and downstairs, heated viewing room, indoor round pen and miles upon miles of trails available within walking distance. With a MA licensed and insured instructor on site, we offer lessons in hunter/jumper and dressage. Paso Fino del Fuego is a 15 acre hidden gem tucked away in Middleboro, MA. The beautifully landscaped facility offers quality boarding TO ALL BREEDS, exceptional care is provided for each and every horse. A drama free peaceful full boarding facility caters to happy clients and happy horses. Our farm includes a beautiful 80x160 sand/clay footed indoor arena with lots of natural light. Large 60x120 outdoor arena with sand/clay footing, an INDOOR 50 foot round pen for exercising in any weather conditions, individual and small group turnout for each horse. The barn includes 12x12 matted (topped with shavings) box stalls, 2 wash stalls with hot water, tack rooms, 2 bathroom, viewing room equipped with microwave and Keurig. Several outdoor seating areas throughout the grounds. Miles of off property trails lead right from the barn to access to cranberry bogs for trail riding.

Paso Fino training support, and lessons available by Michael Bruce. Michael Bruce was voted by his peers PFHA Trainer of the year (2006). Stalls available for full, half, or training board here at Course Brook Farm! We are a full service eventing and dressage facility, boasting 60 beautiful acres and excellent individual based horse care! Course Brook Farm also welcomes equestrians and equines of all ages, experience levels, and disciplines.

**Half board is offered as a unique opportunity only for horses eligible for our half lease / lesson program.

Board includes stall cleaning, adequate bedding and fresh water daily, all day individual or group turnout, hay 6 times per day, grain up to 3 times per day, night checks, and blanket changes as necessary. Our boarders also enjoy amenities such as a heated bathroom and tack rooms, several outdoor rings, a large indoor with viewing room, USEA sanctioned cross country course, and access to miles of conservation trails right from the property. Sick of rushing out of the barn at night, leaving no time to ride after work? 1 in and out stall w/attached stone dust paddock will be available at Enterprise Stables September 1st for full board. Rotational access to larger turnout is available as well.

Located in Plainville, MA, there are no restrictive barn hours to hold you back. The barn is attached to a large 80' x 200' indoor arena with GGT footing with a full jump course. If you don't want to be stuck inside, ride in one of two sand/stone dust outdoor rings. Both have lights and are dragged and watered on a regular basis. The larger outdoor arena has a full jump course set up seasonally as well. If ringwork isn't your thing, ride in one of several fields around the property or take a jaunt just up the street to the beautiful groomed trails. Maybe you prefer ground work. The 60' sand round pen is the perfect place for this. The barn itself has a heated bathroom, heated tack/observation room with lockers, and several grooming stalls with heat lamps and fans.

Horses are grained 2x daily and fed 1st cut hay (2nd cut can be provided at an additional cost) 3x daily. Stalls and paddocks are picked several times throughout the day for round the clock cleanliness. Water buckets are dumped, scrubbed and filled each evening. Barn staff arrives early and leaves late, meaning your horse will receive the best oversight and care possible. Access to big barn facilities, but with only 5 horses under our care, your horse will receive individual attention. Blanket changes, feeding of owner supplies supplements and application of owner supplied fly spray and masks is included. Use your own vet and farrier or one who already comes to the property.

Best of all, there is no lesson/training requirement. For those that want to improve their riding, there are several trainers who already come to or reside at the farm, or feel free to bring in your own MA licensed and insured instructor.
