• Paddock/Stall option (Paddock area nice well shaded for summer) stall provided during bad weather
o Or Stall only comes with covered run- fan for summer
• High quality Feed & Coastal Hay (Feed 2 times/day)
• Daily pasture turn-out (accept in bad weather-maybe limited)
• Tack Room
• Wash Area, arena usage (accept during lessons unless your student in them)
• Night turn out in summer
• Winter (in extreme weather we put blanket on)

• Lesson required- Adults (typically 1-2/month), Youth (2-3/month)
• Help care horses at least 1/week and on occasion more
• Keep up health your horse: Regular Shoeing or Trimming, Vet check as needed, Chiropractic as needed, etc.

Small boutique style barn! - We specialize in personal touch care of our furry friends. Only 7 horses reside at this barn. We are mostly Dressage riders who play together, show together and generally hang out together! 200x100 Covered arena with GGT footing, arena mirrors, 3 tack up areas, 2 wash areas, separate tack room with locking personalized cabinets, bathroom, shower, washer/dryer and round pen. Our private gated facility is located just west of Austin on 44 acres in between Lakeway and Dripping Springs. Horses have large stalls with 40 foot runs. They are feed two times a day with daily turnout. We have a 250x150 covered arena with lights and rubber footing, an outdoor arena with the same rubber footing, and round pen. We also have wash racks with heated water, and a large tack room. The owner lives on the property and takes great pride in taking care of the horses that are boarded with them. Jeanne Dake who has trained riders in classical dressage from beginners through Grand Prix is training and giving lessons at the barn 6 days a week. We have a very limited amount of boarders in order to maintain a personal and special facility.
