Our fabulous 80x 216' indoor arena features state of the art dust free premium footing, with windows that open in the summer for a fabulous breeze and close in the winter to shut out the Lexington wind. You’ll love it in all seasons! We also have a sand outdoor dressage arena, outdoor sand 200’ jump arena, cross country course, and round pen. Paddocks are 4 board double fenced. Private paddocks are also available. The clients each enjoy private tack lockers and trailer parking. Stalls are 12x14’ matted with half doors so the horses can hang their heads out. They have fans in the summer and heated buckets in the winter.

Our horse boarding facility offers a lovely and peaceful environment for both you and your horse. We are a small gaited private facility. We offer 24 hour turnout on lovely grass pastures with small numbers of horses on each pasture. We have a beautifully sited outdoor full size dressage arena with all weather synthetic footing. We also have a lovely WE or Working Equitation course. The WE obstacle course is designed for anyone that would like to teach their horse how to navigate trails, a dressage test, or a jump course and uses classical principles to do so. It is an extremely effective way to build confidence for riders and horses. WE is a very old sport in Europe and quickly gaining popularity in the states. Besides being a challenge to horses and riders, it's just plain fun! We also have a 50' round pen and numerous trails both on and off the property so there is no need to trailer your horse every time a trail ride is desired. This property is part of the original Woodford Hunt and boasts lovely land for a ride around the beautiful hills of Woodford County.
