We offer full-care pasture boarding on 149 beautiful acres in the Texas Hill Country. We have a large barn with stalls and overhangs for inclement weather and also have a large corral. An arena is nearby. We grow our own horse-quality coastal hay, give high quality feed twice a day, and offer mineral and salt supplements. We also offer care for geriatric horses.
The property is beautiful for riding and has two creeks and two large tanks for the horses to enjoy in hot weather.
We are not your typical boarding facility. This is our family home, and we live on the premises. We have a secured tack room and gate to the property. We are animal lovers and take very good care of all that are under our charge. We accept only a few good-natured geldings.
All vaccinations must be current, and we require proof of a negative Coggins.
Cost is $425 per month, which includes feed and hay.

We are a full service boarding and training facility that trains knowledgeable and safety conscious individuals as well as provide quality care for your horse. Our barn manager has a degree in Veterinary Technology and is on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any medical needs your horse may require. We also have an equine photographer available for portraits and events.

Located on just under 11 acres, our facility includes a 80'X190' outdoor riding arena as well as a 60' round pen. We offer outdoor and indoor boarding, with two outdoor pastures and a 10 stall barn with outdoor runs. The barn has a tack room and grain room to store your tack and feed or supplements that you may wish to bring. A wash stall is also available right outside the barn's entrance. At our boarding facility, we treat your horse(s) the same way we treat our own! We are personally involved in all aspects of the horses’ care, and we closely supervise every aspect of our boarding operation. Located on 20 beautiful acres on TX State Highway 29 in Liberty Hill, we are only 30 minutes from north central Austin and Round Rock, and 20 minutes from Cedar Park. Our farm limits the number of horses in our care in order to provide our clients with a very high level of service in a family setting. We provide horses with a consistent, beneficial, high level of care.

Our philosophy is that horses need as much turn-out as possible, and all of our paddocks feature tree-shaded areas. Although every horse at our facility has his or her own stall in which to eat grain and get out of the weather, the horses at our farm are outside in small group turn-out paddocks whenever possible. We provide high quality round bale hay in every paddock so that the horses in our care may “graze” at their leisure. When the horses must be in their stalls due to inclement conditions, injury, or illness, we clean stalls twice daily. All stalls are 12 X 12 and include ceiling fans and stall mats. Our big barn is large, bright, and airy. Our smaller barn features Priefert stall fronts. Both barns have concrete aisles to reduce dust. Our Hill Country setting includes wooded trails, a wet weather creek, and lots of friendly people.

Situated on a 40 acre ranch in Liberty Hill, Texas, nestled in amongst large oaks trees; close to Garey Park - 11 miles: River Ranch County Park - 6 miles and Parry Haynes - a 30 mins drive for local trail rides. We are a friendly, small, quiet horse boarding facility. We care for each horse as if they were our own, with daily, individual, intimate care.
Feed includes: Timothy pellets, beet shreds, MG Senior, kelp, chia seeds (current fat) going to coconut oil in the summer, feed-through fly control, coastal hay.
Facilities include: Individual and group paddocks. Each paddock has a run in shelter. Two separate stable buildings. Large manicured grass Dressage Arena, Round pen, 1/2 mile loop fun trail ride on property. Fully equipped tack room, clean bathroom and kitchen, large communal area plus lots of hideaway spots. Rio Vista Hunter-Jumper Stable:

Stall Board with lessons: $635 month includes 2 Group lessons per week on your horse. Individual Tack locker. Every other day turnout ( Daily 7x week turnout available for additional $40). And of course, twice daily stall cleaning, twice daily feeding, and supplement feeding included (boarders to provide desired supplements). All stalls equipped with automatic fly spray system.

Paddock Board with lessons: $545 month includes 2 Group lessons per week on your horse. Individual Tack locker. Sunday turnout. Paddock horses are fed on the same program as the stalled horses.

Full Training: $850 includes all weekly rides, does not include lessons. Twice daily hay & grain, turnout every other day, twice daily stall cleaning, fly spray system.

Rio Vista Open Boarding Stable:

Rio Vista has a separate facility on the same site that we call The Breeding Farm. The breeding farm houses our sport-horse breeding program along with boarding outside broodmares, foals, mares in foal, retirees, pleasure riders and dressage riders.
