Hudson Heritage is a full care boarding and event center located in Rio Vista Texas, just 55 minutes south of Will Rogers Event Center in Fort Worth. We provide a full western horse environment with an emphasis on Reining, and Cow Horse disciplines. With a complete indoor and well lit environment available 7 days a week, it is our sincerest goal and hope to provide a place where the active riding horse owner can enjoy their best friend in comfort. We have heated water in the double indoor wash racks, individual lockers at each stall, lockers for wash rack items, as well as a conveniently located tack room with saddle and bridle racks. Come enjoy our 26 beautiful acres on a hill with amazing views of the valley. We are in the process of adding a 150 ft X 300 ft outdoor arena completion by January 1, 2021, with footing for the reining enthusiast. Services that can be provided are daily blanketing, turn out, grooming, daily lunging, foot care, individual feed programs, horse and cattle clinics. Arenas are drug daily and a cowtrac system is located inside of the indoor arena, with a conveniently located round pen for the frisky days or when your best friend just needs to move around for a bit. Charlie Horse Equestrian Center (CHEC) is a 35 acre facility located just south of downtown Taylor near the intersection of Loop 79 and 95 making it less than 20 minutes from the Hutto exit off SH-130 to the barn. At our boarding facility, we treat your horse(s) the same way we treat our own! We are personally involved in all aspects of the horses’ care, and we closely supervise every aspect of our boarding operation. Located on 20 beautiful acres on TX State Highway 29 in Liberty Hill, we are only 30 minutes from north central Austin and Round Rock, and 20 minutes from Cedar Park. Our farm limits the number of horses in our care in order to provide our clients with a very high level of service in a family setting. We provide horses with a consistent, beneficial, high level of care.

Our philosophy is that horses need as much turn-out as possible, and all of our paddocks feature tree-shaded areas. Although every horse at our facility has his or her own stall in which to eat grain and get out of the weather, the horses at our farm are outside in small group turn-out paddocks whenever possible. We provide high quality round bale hay in every paddock so that the horses in our care may “graze” at their leisure. When the horses must be in their stalls due to inclement conditions, injury, or illness, we clean stalls twice daily. All stalls are 12 X 12 and include ceiling fans and stall mats. Our big barn is large, bright, and airy. Our smaller barn features Priefert stall fronts. Both barns have concrete aisles to reduce dust. Our Hill Country setting includes wooded trails, a wet weather creek, and lots of friendly people.
