25 STALL BARN, INDOOR ARENA, PASTURES AND PADDOCKS. STALLS are 12X12 with mats, feed doors, feed mangers and turn out water bucket holders. Lights and outlets at each stall. INDOOR ARENA is 80 x 190 with an additional 20 ft for hay, equipment, holding pens or viewing area. Sand footing, kickboards and NEW LED lighting. Large sliding doors at either end, plus two sliding windows for cross ventilation. 4 Pastures and 5 paddocks that are all 3-Board Wood Fencing. 2 Tack Rooms, Wash Rack, Feed room and Farrier Stall. 1 restroom on lower level. Small private facility with 22 stalls located on 15 acres in Peotone. All stalls are 10X12 matted, with automatic water system, and cleaned 6 days per week. All horses are turned out daily (weather permitting), on either grass pastures, or limestone turnouts. Custom feeding program provided with basis being on free choice hay and supplements fed at no extra charge. Facilities include 80X160 outdoor arena with all weather footing and 3 board fencing, 70X150 indoor arena with mirrored walls, and sand/mix footing. Other amenities include a heated viewing room, heated tack room and wash rack with hot/cold water. Free trailer parking provided.

*Outside insured trainers welcome
*Young horses started

Specialization: All disciplines welcome. We are currently home to hunters/jumpers, eventers, dressage, western pleasure and Saddlebred horses.

Boarding: $450.00/month.

Extra Boarding Services: Schooling under saddle, wrapping, wound care, injections, etc.

Transportation can be provided to other shows and events.
