Twin Tree Farm is a 45 acre privately owned boarding and training facility that's goal is to provide a safe, relaxed and comfortable place for our horses and boarders. The Big Red Barn offers a beautiful facility located on 80 acres with large, grassy pastures. Riding options include a 150 x 250 arena, oversized and covered round pen and 40+ acres of trails throughout the property. The barn is airy and welcoming with 9 matted stalls each with high powered fans, two hot & cold wash racks, boarder tack room, lounge, and a large bathroom that also has a washer and dryer. Each pasture has a large 20 x 20 run-in shelter. We feed Triple Crown feeds, and coastal and alfalfa mix hays. Willow Springs Equestrian currently has pasture boarding and horse leasing available. The fee to pasture board is $295 per month, which includes feeding twice a day and choice hay. Each pasture has a run in shelter. There are two lighted arenas, a round pen and scenic trails on and around the farm for leisurely riding. We are a small, quiet, friendly, family owned farm in the country. We are in Iva, SC. Near the Anderson county/Abbeville county line.
We mainly offer self care pasture board. However, we are very happy to work with you and the needs of your horse to accommodate most situations.
At this time, we can only accept mares and geldings. Also, we only have a very limited amount of openings, as we do not crowd the horses here. We firmly believe that a horse that has room to graze naturally is happier and healthier than a horse crammed into a lot with too many other horses. So, openings here are limited, and don't come up too very often.
Our fees for self care pasture board start at $185 per month.
This includes use of our 100'x180' arena and round pen. And our 10 acres of carefully maintained trails.
If you need other services, we are happy to work out a boarding plan to fit your horse.
