Shamrock Lee Farms is a beautiful full service barn situated minutes from Downtown Sarasota and a stones throw away from the brand new University Town Center mall. Don't let all that bustle fool you, SLF is a quiet farm nestled under hundred year oak trees that really give you the feel of old Florida. We have 16 acres of paddocks, 2 arenas one large and a smaller one that is fenced in for our ponies and novice riders. There are 2 barns with 14 stalls 12 being 12x12 with rubber mats and sliding doors with yolks. 2 stalls are foaling stalls being 12x24 also with rubber mats and full camera operation. There are 4 grooming bays 2 interior 2 exterior with 2 separate wash stalls equipped with warm water. 2 quarantine stalls 16x16 with paddocks are at the opposite end of the property. A 4 horse European free exerciser is set off to the sides of the barns. We offer private lessons to our patrons from all levels, beginner to advanced. European style fronts - Stalls are 12' X 14' with insect mister, ceiling fan, automatic waterer and an enclosed ceiling with a thermostatic controlled attic fan to keep barn cool. Center aisle is 14" wide - concrete with mats and cross ties. Each stall has an attached outside run that is 14' x 24' $900.00 . Barn "B" has 12 x 14' stalls with 12' x 16' runs. for $750.00. and our pole barn is 12' x 24' (1/2 covered) for $675.00.
